The apartment is also part of Prague’s musical history: Antonín Dvořák lived and composed for many years in the building at Žitná 14, and died here in 1904.

Located on the fourth floor (with elevator), accessed through a quiet courtyard, the apartment offers a peaceful retreat despite its central location. It features a comfortable living area, relaxing bedroom, fully equipped kitchen. Guests can also enjoy a morning coffee on the balcony.

Wenceslas Square and the National Museum are a short walk away, while Karlovo Square, Old Town, Charles Bridge and many other attractions are easily reached on foot or by public transport.

The surrounding New Town neighbourhood offers an excellent selection of cafés, restaurants, bars and shops.

# Guest Access & Check-in

Guests have full access to the apartment. Contactless self check-in is available via keypad and Nuki smart lock.

Check-in: from 15:00
Check-out: by 11:00

Luggage storage after check-out may be possible depending on the next arrival.

# Registration & Tourist Tax

Local regulations require guest registration. After booking, you’ll receive a link to complete this easily online.

A tourist tax of 50 CZK per person, per night is payable before check-in.

Fresh towels and bed linen, a fully equipped kitchen, private parking and everything you need for a comfortable stay are included.
-CITY TAX

All guests are required to pay 2.1 € per person/ per night to the city of Prague. The collection of the fee is regulated by Act No. 565/1990 Coll., on local fees, as amended, and generally bound by decree No. 18/2019 Coll. City of Prague, on the tourism tax, as amended.

Once you book, we will send you a link for online check in for submitting your data for the foreign police and payment of this tax.


-QUIET HOURS
Prague`s noise ordinance prohibits loud sounds between 10 PM and 6 AM.

-SMOKING
Is highly prohibited in the apartment. If smoking in the apartment is found, a fine of the amount 250 € will be imposed.

-UNAGREED LATE CHECKOUT
If unagreed late checkout, we have a right to fine the guest in amount of 50 €.

-LOST PARKING REMOTE CONTROL FEE
A fee of 80 € will apply if the parking remote control is lost or not returned at check-out.
