AC:n kylde inte rummet ordentligt så rummet var väldigt varmt trots att man hade det inställt på lägsta temperaturen. Sängen var väldigt hård vilket resulterade i ryggont dagen efter. Annars bra och fint.

Prague for 4 days was amazing

Stayed at The Botanist for 4 days when I travelled with my friends and it was really quiet and peaceful. The beds are comfy and the apartment is really clean. The service through WhatsApp is really good and effective! An extra plus: At night they have a small gate with a code lock to be able to get into the apartment building and that is really good in my opinion because then you can really feel safe when you are sleeping. Overall a really great stay at a good apartment hotel in Prague!! I would really recommend this place if you want a clean and freshly renovated apartment hotel!!

Beautifully designed and comfortable modern room in the centre of the old city. Seamless access with a code. The only thing to mention, when booking I've seen that the same type of room comes with either bar or table sitting, I've asked for a table sitting, never got a reply and in my assigned room there was bar sitting, so had to have my coffee in armchair instead.

Great location and a cute place, but the service was terrible. No staff on-site to help with check-in—three families were left waiting outside in the cold while trying to check in online. The staff was rude and unhelpful on the phone. The WiFi password was written extremely small on a paper near the TV. The room was cold even with the heater on due to “environmentally friendly” settings. Overall, poor service ruined what could have been a great stay.

Beautiful large and comfortable apartment in a perfect location to walk everywhere. Close to the Astronomical Clock and Charles Bridge as well as the central station and modern shops. Only complaint was that there was a strong smell in the drains of the bathroom that was quite unpleasant. But overall would definitely book again.

Très beau studio. Malheureusement il y avait une forte odeur de moisissures qui émanait de la salle de bain. Il n’y a pas de réception alors si vous voulez quelque chose c’est compliqué.

Absolutely phenomenal. It was aesthetic, comfortable, and directly in the heart of downtown! Communication was easy and responses were fast! I can’t recommend this hotel enough!

Great central location, new, modern and beautifully decorated, cozy room. However, the guest logistics need some work. This is not a regular hotel, so there is no simple way to store your luggage if you arrive before 3pm. Your personalized code only works as of 3pm so we had to call several times and wait for someone to show up so we could store our bags with "security" . Our room smelled of terrible plumbing the entire stay. We could hear the next room's toilet as if ours was running and the water from the heater could also be heard. There isn't a closet with hanging space, only a linen type closet with shelves, no luggage rack or bench, nowhere to set toiletries in the shower. Simple conveniences you expect and do get in any hotel. I've stayed in all types of hotels in the world and I could not recommend this hotel to a friend.

Very noisy construction beginning at 7 a.m. There was an email informing us of construction a day in advance of arriving. However being awoken by drilling into concrete before 8 am was unacceptable for a hotel. Check if you can stay above the 1st floor, it may be better. The Adrez did offer to move us when I complained but we were leaving early the next morning. Besides that the hotel was wonderful. Easy to enter with the codes, online check-in, clean and newly renovated, the bed was comfortable. Having access to a well stocked kitchenette was convenient with a LIDL close by to grab groceries. The metro station is just around the corner and it's a 10 minute ride to the train/bus depot. Very close to the Old Town square with lots of restaurants and shops around. Was worried about street noise but the apartment was well sound proofed from that...just not the construction noise.

Really nice hotel! One of the best I’ve stayed in! Amazing location, literally less than a 5 minute walk to the square and a 10 minute walk to the Charles Bridge. It’s a really efficient self check in system, using a code to enter the building and the room. Nice modern corridors to get to the rooms and a nice outdoor area with a fountain. We had a one bedroom room on the 2nd floor, it was modern and spacious, massive bed, super comfy as well and really comfy pillows! We slept like a dream every night and didn’t want to get up as the bed was so comfy and we looked forward to going back to the room every night! The TV is a smart TV so we could connect to Netflix and Disney+ on the TV, which was nice as we could come back to the hotel room and watch a movie. Nice little kitchen with a stove, fridge, kettle, coffee machine and a toaster and lots of cooking appliances and cutlery, a nice little area! Hair dryer in the bathroom as well as soap, shampoo and body lotion. Ironing board, iron and safe in the wardrobe USB A and USB C sockets on the bedside tables which was handy Efficient AC system and we could change the temperature and fan speed Nice lightning to make the room cozy Massive windows with blackout blinds. Only downside is the smell coming from the bathrooms, especially after a shower, however we understand that the building is old and Prague is an old city! I highly recommend!

Die Lokation ist sensationell. Das Zimmer war gross und super schön eingerichtet. Einziger negativer Punkt ist dass die AC im Schlafzimmer extrem laut ist. Wir dachten manchmal es fahre ein Lastwagen durch das Zimmer in der Nacht.

Beautiful stay. Loved the secure feeling and location. The only problem we had was once we used the shower once it created a very bad chemical smell and made the room smell like mildew and chemical so we would air it out but other than that would say again

This was a fantastic stay! The room was unique, very clean, quiet and comfortable. There is no hotel reception but you receive your room number and access code prior to arrival, so as long as you don’t expect valet parking or storage of your luggage, the check in works seamlessly, and it’s nice to be able to go straight to your room rather than wait at a front desk. Do not expect toiletries beyond the very basics. Best to bring your own, but a small inconvenience considering how great the room itself is. It could not be a better location, a couple minutes walk from the Old Town square, but not so close that you’re bothered by noise from the street. We would absolutely stay here again.

It is a self-check in set up, great for travelers who don't like any fuss. Very new and updated, in the heart of old town, close to EVERYTHING! You'll find all sorts of food and transportation options right out of the main door. Kitchen set up was wonderful, just enough appliance for simple daily needs. They provide coffee pods and tea bags. Albert the grocery store is 5 minutes walk away which provided all the food needs, if you choose to not eat out. Saved me a lot of money. I recommend wholeheartedly and would stay here again when visit Prague. Just keep in mind, for a smooth check in, you must contact the property directly via email or WhatsApp after booking to receive your entry code and room number etc.
