The Karoline: Old World Charm In A 3 Bedroom 2 Bath Beauty by the Charles Bridge

Denna nyrenoverade, fullt utrustade lägenhet med 3 sängar och 2 badrum på 1: a våningen (2: a våningen i USA) i en historisk neo-gotisk byggnad precis runt hörnet från Karlsbron är för upp till 8 gäster, och på samma sätt tiden vänder sig till en mindre, mer krävande grupp eller familj som vill ha Old World-stil men i en modern, fungerande lägenhet. Det finns tre anslutande rum: sovrummet med king size-säng (180 cm bred), vardagsrummet / vardagsrummet med öppen spis (bio-etynol betyder verkliga lågor men ingen rök), kabel-TV och en stor utdragbar soffa och sedan det stora sovrummet med två king size-sängar. Dessa rum har alla sina egna in- och utgångsdörrar, så integritet är inte ett problem. Det stora master badrummet har badkar / dusch, toalett, hans och hennes fåfänga sänkor, och en tvättmaskin och torktumlare dolda bakom en dekorativ sidopanel. Det andra mindre badet, om det också är fullt utrustat, med en liten handfat, dusch och toalett, och båda har uppvärmda golv. Kompletterande WiFi fungerar i hela lägenheten. Det fullt utrustade köket är perfekt för att laga stora måltider, eller till och med bara för en kaffe och liten frukost på morgonen. Strykjärn och strykbräda, alla handdukar och tvättdukar och extra sängkläder tillhandahålls naturligtvis. Rökning är inte tillåtet i lägenheten, men vi har en liten balkong som är perfekt för det.
Vi tror att du kommer att uppskatta detaljnivån som Mark & Mirka lägger i lägenheten, från valet av sängkläder för sängar och urval av möbler (vi har två jugendstolar i köket) till omfattande restaurering av takdekor och de matchande ljuskronorna. Vi har verkligen fokuserat på att försöka bevara och förbättra så många element från den ursprungliga konstruktionen som möjligt.

We had a wonderful stay in the apartment - it was perfect for our family of 5. Mark was wonderful and arranged round trip transport for us. We had someone welcome us to the apartment and show us around and we even had some snacks and drinks ready which was so kind and made us feel very welcome. The apartment is in a fantastic location in the center of everything. It is about 5 minutes from the Charles Bridge and right in the center of the city. The hosts are very responsive and were very accommodating. They also supplied the fridge with some food and drinks when we first arrived. The one problem we had was that the apartment is over a cafe / bar. With the windows open at night it got loud a few nights. This has nothing to do with the hosts or the apartment, it is just something to keep in mind.

In the center of it all!

Wonderful stay for a tourist family of older teens. The property was comfortable, cute, immaculate and well provisioned. Communication with Mark and Galina was quick, efficient and thorough. They provided information and access to airport transportation and some delicious starter snacks. Great, very safe location walkable to key tourist destinations and a variety of cafes and markets. A bit noisy with partiers at night, but that didn’t bother us much. I’d definitely stay here again. Book now!

We had a wonderful time for our first time in Prague. The location was perfect. Walking distance to most everything we wanted. Galina met us at the apt to give us the keys and explain the apt. She was super sweet and friendly. Mark put some welcome amenities in the apt for our arrival. It really was a very nice touch and greatly appreciated. . We truly enjoyed staying in the Karoline. Great stay in Prague!

Fabulous stay in Old town Prague

Could not have asked for a better location. A roomie and well appointed 2-suite flat, well stocked (starter beer, wine, fresh bread, milk, ham, cheese…) and very comfortable. Within Walking distance from most everything. Mark was very responsive to questions and reached out to make sure we were doing well. The second bathroom is small, but there is a large mirror and table to be used as a vanity that provides what you need.

Ideal central apartment

Often the accommodation choice can make or break these sorts of quick stays in an unknown city - and for us, this one made it. The location is right near all the old city areas (2-10 mins easy walking), without being busy or noisy itself. It was comfortable and feels very authentic. As a family of four with two young adult children, the two bedroom / three beds / two bathroom setup was critical to us, and worked well. The apartment is up one easy flight of stairs, and warm and clean. The host was fantastically responsive, gave a great arrival experience, and we would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a similar type of base for their stay in Prague.

Beautiful apartment in a great location

The apartment is a gem: spacious, very well appointed, super high ceilings, double layered windows, etc. It's absolutely beautifully decorated with stucko on the ceiling and walls, nice artwork. It was nicely pre-stocked with some food and drinks and all necessary consumables. Location is great. A 2-3 minutes walk to the Charles bridge but still in quiet area. The host was super friendly and very responsive. We would stay there again in a heartbeat

Great location!

We had a wonderful stay in The Karoline! Communication with the owner was excellent, and the check in process was seamless. The owner coordinated transport to & from the airport at a very reasonable price. And, we were welcomed with a fridge that had a few beers, wine, juice and some snacks! The location was perfect! Easy walk to the Charles Bridge area and also a super easy walk to Old Town area. We walked to Marina Ristorante one evening and had a wonderful dinner. We also enjoyed dinners at Gruzie & KCRMA, and we loved Las Adelitas for Mexican food. We rented a private boat one afternoon on the Vltava River and did a private walking tour the I booked through withlocals.com - it was a wonderful 5 days in Prague, and the Karoline was the perfect home base!
