“Had a great stay in Sorrento and at the hotel. Good instructions on how to access the building and room. It is unmanned and you pick up the keys yourself. Good location with good walking distance to the center, train station and harbor. Quiet building on a back street. Near instant text response when we had questions. Ordering breakfast was very easy (you order on the previous day). Delivered to the room with a knock. Nothing special but absolutely good enough! ”

“Fantastic stay. We stayed in this hotel for 6 nights and we were very happy with our stay. The food and the service in the restaurant is incredible! Best food we had at Capri. The rooms are decorated tastefully and the jacuzzi was a big plus for us. Yes, the hotel is located high up on a hill making it hard to access. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone having problems with mobility. Small details were also missed that would be expected from a 5 star hotel but still a very nice stay.”

When we arrived early, we were offered complimentary drinks and snacks while we sat outside—such a warm and welcoming start to our stay. The location is great—just a 10-minute walk to the main square, close enough to everything but still peaceful and relaxing. Breakfast was included and truly excellent—everything made to order...
