“We had a great visit. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was very fresh no matter what time we arrived during the service window. The only issue we had was the refrigerator in our room didn't work. We didn't point this out to the staff because we didn't really need it. Also there was a very faint odor in the restroom. But overall we were very satisfied.”

“Very clean room and lobby. The lobby was great for hanging out and watching the news and Wheel of Fortune! The morning breakfast was well balanced with a good variety of foods that weren't all pastries. The pickleball court was a lot of fun. We didn't visit the indoor pool, but there were a lot of people in there while we played pickleball. The provided shampoo in the shower smelled great and the conditioner made my hair soft. If we ever return to Waxahachie, we will be staying here.”

“Beds were clean and comfy. Elevators super slow. My parents stayed on the first floor right in front of the pool and found to live roaches in their room. We checked in on a Saturday afternoon for one night. Staff wasn’t rude, but they definitely were not inviting. Convenient location, however after coming in from dinner Saturday night, lots of half dressed women and men hanging out and drinking in the parking lot. Not sure if they were guests or just hanging out. Definitely not family oriented...

“The apartment was lovely and spacious. Great location for our needs. We had a good stay but it could have been great with a few more simple amenities. There was no dresser space, only 2 pants hangers in the closet and only one towel hook in the bathroom. With no drawers for clothing luggage racks would have been helpful.”

“Location is quite nice, 15 min walk from tram. It is very noisy in the surroundings. Both permanent residents and hotel guests use the building. Our neighbour had a party both our nights with loud music all night so we got zero sleep.. Upon arrival we found nails, hair and several bugs inside the apartment which wasn’t nice. Also we found private belongings and dirty laundry from pervious guests. Other than this the apartment was nice and I can recommend eating at Maples restaurant near by....

“This ranch is located in the middle of nowhere outside of Waco. They don’t offer any food or beverages so you have to make sure to bring it yourself or drive 20-30 minutes to nearest restaurant. The ranch itself was very pretty with all the animals and scenery. However, the room smelled like mold, there was a mushroom growing in the shower and a hole in the shower roof which looked like it will cave at any moment. ”

2/10 Väldigt dåligt

"They had missed cleaning the room enough, after someone had probably puked. I showed a photo at the reception, and they only said ”sorry about that”, and there were no compensation whatsoever. They also called us to say that we had unpaid bills, just so we ”knew”, before checking out. It was 8 USD, they had not been able to charge. I called Amex to check, and they could see that they had tried, but it was not Amex who denied using the card, but Hyatts terminal according to Amex. Really disappointed!"
