“Manager was very helpful in directing us to dinner and making sure we had a taxi for an early flight. I thought we would have a shuttle to the airport but instead we had the taxi that was very expensive. Not sure what happened here, but the manager/owner was very nice”

“We had a good stay in the hotel. It is simple but it does the job well. It is in an area less touristic but is not far from the train station and the Duomo for example (15min walk to both). There are plenty of restaurants in the area.
A few things could be improved. The thickness of the door for example. We can hear what people say in the corridor. The shower could be cleaner in the corners. And there could be more hooks in the bedroom and bathroom.

“This is perfect in all ways possible. Walking distance to everything in city centre, clean huge rooms. (Stayed in ensuite). Lovely breakfast that serves in your room. Close to trainstation. Easy to find, I really have no complains due to what you get for your Money here. Make sure though to tell in advance your arrival time, they don t have reception open 24h.”

“Jag och min fru hade en mycket trevlig vistelse i Florens och hos Francesco. Nytt och fräsch boende, dock små rum (särskilt badrum) och utrymmen. Lätt att checka in och ut och ligger på promenadavstånd från de centrala delarna/populäraste turistattraktionerna.
Mycket bra frukost där du väljer från meny med många bra valmöjligheter. Francesco är trevlig och hjälpsam och delar gärna med sig av bra tips för att upptäcka det bästa av Florens!
Kan varmt rekommendera detta boende för några nätters...
