“We enjoyed our week at the Lake House. The ATV riders enjoyed the access to the trail and the fishing off the dock was fun. Great place for family fun. The house was well stocked with supplies and the hosts provided great communication and information. We were irritated with the amount of flies that were able to come inside and would recommend some window and door screen repairs to limit pests.”

“This house was excellent. Very clean and had a well-stocked kitchen with everything you need. Also had plenty of towels for the family. The beds were very comfortable and it’s very quiet. Very easy to get to Penn Yan by car in a few minutes. We will definitely rent this property again.”

“The property had a lake view and the inside was dated but clean. As we parked next to the house, the garage on the left (which belongs to someone else) had broken windows with junk inside the garage. Not a big deal but not a good first impression. The bathroom is very small and is directly off the kitchen. Kitchen and living room are adequate. Although there is an AC window unit in the window and if you sit in front of it, it is difficult to hear the tv. There is a train track by the house and...

“Very clean, comfortable beds, and furniture. We loved the surroundings. Beautiful home and very tastefully decorated. Host was most gracious. Family enjoyed are one night stay on out way to niagara Falls.”

“The place was very nice! Many nice touches and we didn’t need anything. Just a heads up that the space at the lake is down over a steep hill, so be prepared to drive down if taking many things to enjoy around the fire pit. Front porch was a great place to sit in the mornings and the neighborhood was clean and quiet. Kitchen was well stocked and loved the decorative touches ”
