Fjällstugor i Prescott

“We checked in and were offered a complimentary late check-out. We travel a decent amount and have never been offered a late check-out from any other hotels, so we thought that was fantastic customer service. The room was huge and nicely decorated. The bed was very comfortable! We loved the sunset view from our balcony too.”

“Great location. Always a pleasant stay . Will continue to stay there when in Prescott”

“It was really fine. Took 5 minutes to get hot water. Other then that it is an excellent place to stay.”

“The Grand Highland is located downtown in the center of everything that is going on. Our room was pretty, clean, had A/C and our room had a claw foot tub!! This a turn of the century bldg and THERE IS NO ELEVATOR, so pack accordingly. There is free parking behind the bldg. but checking in was street parking. Gift stores, restaurants, the historic downtown is all walking distance. Also, very close (15 minutes) are mountain trails if you want to some outdoor activities.”

“Property was cute. Loud at times when guest would arrive. Front office receptionist was cleaning rooms most of the time so guest would need to call to get assistance. Rooms were clean and cool during the time we went.”

“We chose to not even enter our room and left. Upon arrival ing at our room, a cleaning lady was sitting on the bed texting. We waited 10 minutes and she never moved. We went to another hotel. The entire experience was horrible.”
