Stugan-nära Downtown Historic Courthouse Square

Stugan ligger i det historiska bostadsområdet, bara 2 och ett halvt kvarter från The Historic Downtown Courthouse Square. Det finns ett enormt utbud av aktiviteter på torget och du är bokstavligen bara en kort 3-5 minuters promenad från torget och den berömda Whisky Row.
Vår främsta egendom för uthyrning nära The Historic Downtown Square är The Cottage, som har över 1 500 kvadratmeter boyta med trägolv och travertinplattor hela. Stugan har två sovrum, 1. 5 badrum, stort vardagsrum, separat matsal, fullt utrustat kök, matplats med fönsterstol och tvättstuga. Möblerna är välutrustade, och ger en romantisk, mysig stuga känsla som om du var i Carmel eller Monterey. Dessutom är vi hundvänliga, så ta med poochen.

Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng med en stor klädkammare och snyggt utsedd sittande / läsareal. Befälhavaren har sin egen tv. Det andra sovrummet har en queen size-säng. Stugan kan lätt rymma 5 till 6 personer.

Vardagsrummet har en stor Samsung 46 tums plattskärms-HDTV, HD-kabeluppkoppling, Blu-Ray DVD som strömmar Netflix. Dessutom har stugan en höghastighets WiFi-anslutning. Matsalen rymmer 6 eller mer för din rikliga Thanksgiving, jul eller påsk middag!

Köket är fullt utrustat till tillfredsställelse till även den mest diskriminerande kocken! Gasköket är inbäddat i en gammal tegelhuvud, och gästerna kan titta på dig att laga mat medan du sitter i köksvinkeln eller det mysiga fönstret.

Det bästa är kvar för sist ... den intima avskild uteplatsen. En av våra senaste gäster, hänvisar till denna uteplats som The Plaza (se våra recensioner). Fly genom bakdörren till paradiset, och lyssna på fåglarna som kvittrar och slappna av i den svala skuggade uteplatsen. Läs en bok eller bara meditera.

Great Location!

We had a great weekend at The Cottage. It was the perfect location close to restaurants and shopping on the town square. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Excellent location and very nice furnishings

Would definitely stay here again. All the main restaurants 1/4 - 1/2 mile walk. Beautiful neighborhood, nice patio. Larry the owner was super helpful.

Beautiful place

Went to visit Prescott for a couple of days we rented this place. It was amazing. It has everything you ever wanted in a house. I think it was one of the best VRBO’s I rented. I will definitely go back here. You will not find a better place in Prescott.

Excellent location and beautiful property - dog friendly

We decided to do a last minute getaway to Prescott to enjoy the holiday celebrations - which are fantastic! This property has the ideal location that is close to center of town but still gives you a great historic neighborhood feel. The home has plenty of room and provides all the comfort of home. We took our pup so the patio was extremely convenient. Larry was a pleasure to work with. Definitely our go-to for all future trips to Prescott!

Wonderful Home

We loved our stay in Prescott! The house is so charming and clean! Larry was so wonderful to work with. Great communication and easy to check in and out. The location couldn't have been better. We can't wait to come back!

Fantastic Cottage in Prescott!

This cottage is absolutely beautiful and quaint! Very close to all the action. I LOVED the garden tub and the water was hotter than my own at home! Great communication with property owner. I would 100% rent again!! Without hesitation.

Charming cottage - great for long weekend or more

Very charming cottage on a quiet street in historic neighborhood, near downtown / Whiskey row. Very comfortable accommodations, great back patio for small-group entertaining, modern amenities. Easy check-in / check-out and very attentive owner made for a relaxing weekend stay.

Our stay here was very nice! Although there were only 3 of us, we had planned on possibly 5 , the house was very cozy and comfortable! It had everything we needed and then-some! I would definitely stay here again! It's pretty quiet, clean, the patio is great, we made dinner one night and had everything we needed! Thank you Larry- We will be back!!

Perfect in every way.

I cannot praise this house enough. It is spacious, sparkling clean, and beautifully appointed. The location is a five minute walk to the charming downtown and excellent restaurants. But the best thing about the house was the wonderful patio. Our extended family, in town for the ERAU graduation, came over for a barbecue, and the beautiful landscaping and ample outdoor seating made the afternoon and evening a delight. Everyone commented on how lovely the house was. An award plaque for best historical restoration was well deserved. If you are coming to Prescott, this is the place to stay!

Feels like home!

Everything was perfect in our stay at the cottage. Lovely, well stocked and spacious kitchen. Great master closet, roomy bathroom, open floor plan, outstanding location. Fabulous pation with tons of seating. The cottage was a huge contributor to a perfect Prescott visit. We will definately be back. Thank you Larry!

The Cottage was gorgious, warm and very inviting.

We absolutely fell in love with the Cottage. The private yard/patio is beautiful. The kitchen is fully stocked we had everything necessary for cooking wonderful meals, the bedrooms are very comfortable, the bathroom has a fantastic stocking tub. Over all the decor of the entire cottage is lovely. We will be back, most definately.

Great location in older part of Prescott.

Everything was clean; except the couch which needs upholstering or replacing. Feathers were leaking out of couch. Also I put the very nice, soft afghan over my legs and my black pants now have either dog or cat hair on them. There are some plumbing issues which houeekeeper knows about but apparently Christmas week is not a good time for maintenance. The bay window was beautifully decorated. Master bedroom was comfortable and we slept well. Son and his wife found guest room pillows need to be replaced. All appliances worked good. Since we were all adult instead of a family with young children our expectations were different in a house. But fireplace was nice and we had dinner for 6 people 3 evenings and the kitchen dining area was good. All in all a good family visit and the living area was good for that

Family Pre-Christmas in Prescott

What a wonderful area to spend the Holiday season. The location was an easy walk to the adorable Prescott downtown area, that was all decked out with Christmas lights. The house was a perfect size for our family and we felt like we were in our own cozy home enjoying home cooked meals, the cute backyard and the family room gas fireplace was a perfect edition. Beautiful home and perfect location

My family and I travelled to Prescott for the Courthouse lighting ceremony and couldn’t have been happier with our stay at Larry’s lovely home. The house was spacious, very well appointed, and the perfect fit for the five of us. I initially misread the description and was prepared to share a bathroom amongst all of us - imagine our pleasant surprise at the way the jack and Jill was set up that basically created two independent bathrooms!! We felt at home and can’t wait to return :-)

Beautiful Cozy Home!

This home was absolutely lovely and fit our needs while we were in town for a birthday celebrations. It was warm, cozy, and so close to downtown it was easy to walk. This place is a must stay, and the hose was very attentive and kind!

A Perfect Prescott AZ Hideaway!

Complete with all amenities...this lovely, bright, and airy 2 bedroom cottage was a perfect retreat during our recent visit to Prescott, Arizona. Larry Schmidt, the owner, was most gracious and accommodating. My husband and I highly recommend this property to anyone seeking the comforts of a charming home, in a quiet neighborhood, with close proximity to the old town of Prescott. Cozy, Cute and Close to the Courthouse

This is the only place we would ever want to stay when spending time in Prescott. The townhouse is adorable, the location is spectacular, and the owner is wonderful to work with. We plan to keep coming back every year!
