“The continental breakfast is a joke. The young man at the front desk was very cordial and helpful. It was most difficult to get our rooms clean at proper times we had to request such. Parking was fine.”

“We arrived and had to wait an hour and a half for our room, while others were being checked in before us. We understand delays happen, but there was no communication or updates during the wait, which was frustrating after traveling and being exhausted. The room itself was disappointing, the carpet was in poor condition and looked worn out.
