âThe hotel was absolutely gorgeous! We were able to go to the hotel right next door to enjoy the rooftop bar. The breakfast was beautiful and delicious as well. Served European style and the staff was so attentive. I will 100% stay here again when I return to Charlotteâ

âThe morning breakfast was very good! I found the items for sale a little high. The staff at the front desk was very professional and friendly Wednesday to Saturday. The young man on Saturday was not friendly at all.â

âProperty was very clean staff was friendly parking was EASY AND FREE. Pool was indoors and clean as well as the patio Area. The only thing I didn't hear for was the fact that it wasn't much to do in the area.We had to drive twenty to thirty minutes out.If it was only me and my fiance, that would have been fine.But traveling with a nine year old, you want to be close to something. Overall, stay was great beds were comfortable.I will definitely be back if in the area â

âVery nice hotel. Large room, comfortable beds. There were no eggs for breakfast. We do not like using plastic cups, paper plates and plastic cutlery. Not good for the environment. Liked the evening meal with accompanying beer and wine included.â

âOn our one night stay there was a water main break. The hotel and portion of the city lost water, which was no fault of the hotel. The staff was courteous and kind through the ordeal and kept us informed. They worked hard to ensure the guests were still provided for. The hotel was clean and easily accessible. â
