“Nothing was open. We were there on a Saturday night. Restaurant was open, but wasn’t open pool was closed. We can use the gym because he had to walk through the pool. They did give me my resort fee back.”

At the time of booking, there was no indication that the pool was out of service or that the gym was closed. These are important amenities, and both the hotel and Expedia should ensure that such information is clearly disclosed before guests make a reservation. “You have to present ID for every guest. When you check-in, which I've never heard of before. They had cable that didn't work. So it was unable to watch TV for half of my stay, and the free breakfast was breakfast at a McDonald's next to the property.”
