"Not so good"

"Business trip....biiig hotel. Great breakfast. Many parking spaces BUT a very outdated system to register the vehicle for parking and virtually impossible for a foreigner such as myself. Luckily the hotel had an option to pay a fee at the reception. Tons of shopping and restaurants within walking distance."

"Friendly staff, air conditioning worked well and it was clean. Breakfast OK but not more. Not possible to get single duvets for a double bed and the best they could to was to offer us extra sheets to use instead. An average hotel though still fairly expensive. "

"For the purpose, staying relatively cheaply and use it as a base for day trips (by car outside Luton), the hotel was sufficient (clean and OK breakfast). However, we feel that Hotels.com stated several things that were not correct: 1) The room did not have AC (possibly temporarily broken), 2) the room was not cleaned during the stay (4 days) and 3) parking was not included in the room but there were about 20 spaces in about 150 rooms (however, the hotel solved this by allowing us to park next to the reception."

"Centralt bra hotell"

"Vi har bott många gånger på detta hotell. Det är fint och rent och ligger bra nära affärer och restauranger , maten var jättegod, finns enklare rätter som pizza , kyckling med ris - den var jättegod, toast mm. Köket är öppet sent vilket är bra om man kommer hem lite sent och är hungrig Rummen är lagom stora och det finns kaffe och te på rummet. Kuddarna var lite hårda men fanns mjukare med. Tar cirka 10 minuter att gå till tåget . Ett minus i år var frukosten på hotellet !! Rörigt uppdukat så man fick springa runt för att hitta , fanns ingen logisk ordning , och dåligt utbud på frukosten till ett dyrt pris !! Servicen är bra och personalen pratat engelska Nära till fina områden att promenera i "
