“Worst hotel ever.. It was disgusting!!! The beds had not been changed, toilets had old dried up water spots with dog prints on it and the seat, mold in the freezer, the lamps didnt work nor the TV. The floors had not been swept nor mopped either.. It was awful!!! They would not even give me my refund back nor expedia. Expedia took the hotels side.. As soon as I noticed the mess i went back to the office to make a complaint but it was already locked down before 10:30. I will never recommend...

“King Oceanfront Room was spacious, clean, and updated with wooden floors. We requested the safe in the room to be fixed twice, but still did not work. The entrance door panel was broken and hanging the whole time we stayed. The bathroom was spacious, and the towels were thick and soft. The shower pressure was excellent. The king bed was very comfortable, the sheets were soft, and the comforter was perfect. The lazy river was quite dirty, but we spent most of our time at the beach. The adult pool...

“Property is under construction/renovation and not fit for accommodations. The lobby was a torn up with loose tiles and was a mess. The parking garage was full of construction materials. They should not be open during this time.”
