âOnly an overnight to catch early morning flight, but as soon as we saw apartment we regretted not coming earlier. Great view of Dubrovnik and ocean from both balcony and windows in this top floor apartment.
Well planned layout with all essentials provided. Very friendly and helpful host completed first impression.
Only 10 minutes from old town makes this a perfect starting point to explore old Dubrovnik.
And town is truly worth more than half a day of sightseeing.

âThis was a return visit to the excellent Villa Malo More - a haven of great service and facilities in a wonderful location about 40 minutes outside of Dubrovnik.

âEnjoyed our stay very much. Small hotel with nice staff. Everything is very clean and feels nice. They have a small restaurant with nice food. The restaurant and breakfast area is just by the river with an excellent view (and cute ducks).
A bus stop is nearby with buses going every ~15 minutes or so up to the old town. Takes like 10 minutes. There are also a couple of small shops nearby for buying snacks etc.

âTruly excellent and beautiful hotel.
I would highly recommend it.
That said the in-house restaurant wasn't the best though. We had the tasting menu which simply wasn't worth the price. And the breakfast could have been better.
Also, beware of the man in the bar. If he tries to serve you something called slivovitz it's a trap. Don't drink it. â

"An excellent 5 star hotel in Dubrovnik, from the exceptional welcoming reception, to the always friendly and service minded staff and of course, amazing luxurious rooms, in our case with a private terasse, beautiful spa and a must mention, the hotel exclusive direct sea access with sun chairs, service and absolute closeness to the Adriatic sea right at the doorstep of the hotel. All and all, a must stay in Dubrovnik, only a few minutes away from the historic Old town and all the buzz it is both calm and serene at Excelsior. We'll be back. Try out the hotel restaurants, they are fantastic.
A room with a terrace is nice but not a must have, try booking in the villa but if you have to choose there are plenty of outdoor space anyway at the hotel facilities.
