You can't access the lake very well from the back of the house (stairs leading to a rocky shore), but you can access it easily from other areas of the overall property.We loved having access to the pontoon and used it a lot. We also rented jet skis 1 day on property. The owner was very accommodating and helpful. Definitely recommend. ”
