AC !! Fantastisk havsutsikt - Gå till stranden # 133-134

Denna lägenhet har allt du behöver! 3 bärbara AC-enheter installerade i augusti 2019, en i vardagsrummet och varje sovrum. Stor layout med sovrummen i separata ändar av lägenheten som en 2 master. Vi köpte just denna enhet 2015 och slutförde ett komplett kök och badrumsrenovering 2016! Keurig och vanliga kaffebryggare. Nytt sängkläder, glas, lerkruka etc. Vi tillhandahöll en elektrisk BBQ (gas är inte tillåtet). Det finns en platt skärm i både sovrum och vardagsrum, med DVD- och BlueRay-spelare. Komplett strandutrustning, boogiebrädor, masker, fenor, stolar, iskista, handdukar. Babyutrustning inkluderar, pac n play, barnvagn, "paraply", block, leksaker och babysäkerhet. Spel, DVD och böcker för att hålla dig upptagen. TA048-345-7024-01

Had an excellent stay at this property. It is walkable to a number of beaches. The property has nice view of the ocean, but not of Hanalei Bay. We could walk around the corner and see Hanalei Bay though and saw one of the best sunsets in Princeville. There were beach chairs, snorkel gear (in a number of sizes), boogie boards, and even an umbrella at the condo for us to use in a number of sizes which was very convenient. Also, plenty of beach towels for our use. We took the beach chairs every night to see the sunsets which were amazing. About a 50 yard walk around the corner. The condo was in excellent condition and would definitely would stay here again.

I loved the ease of access to parking, being able to walk the exercise path, the condo's location (I particularly liked being on the corner), the quiet, and also being able to see the sunset, which was nearby. I did not take any photos. Not too big on pictures!

Wonderful stay! Booked this unit to house my son,his wife and two sons. It was a perfect unit with a great kitchen, roomy bathrooms, an expansive living area and a comfortable lanai. They would highly recommend this unit to their friends to reserve for future stays.

Family getaway

Location is 10/10. Communication 10/10. Beautiful view from the unit. Close to beaches, golf, Hanalei Bay. Would definitely stay here again and recommend this unit to others.Wish I had known there would be construction in the unit above and re-roofing project on buildings across the lawn during our stay.

Excellent Princeville Trip

My daughter and I had the best Kaua’i experience and our accommodations were great. The views were amazing and access to the pool and beach were very nice to have. I can’t wait to come back someday.

Amazing

This condo is in the absolute best location. Enjoyed the views and everything we needed was provided. Only suggestion I would have is to have a few more small containers with kids for packing snacks and such to the beach. The beach that is just down the path was great and we loved it. Thank you again.

Lovely views from this unit. Well appointed. No direct beach access as stated. Clean with a few electrical issues. Electrical outlets in kitchen were unsecure. Updates to the tv and cables needed as they were frayed. Was never able to speak with owner, but the manager was fast to respond about the excessive morning noise which was surprising. Tree clean up in the lot at 7am with constant beeping. Manager responded quickly with apologies but said that's part of the island. Then a helicopter landed to pick up a group of people from the golf course across from the unit. Was told by staff and groundskeepers that the private helicopters can land there to pick up golfers. Only happened once. However the manager stated it was probably an emergent pickup. The locals working there, very knowledgeable, stated that the noise is actually a daily issue but in brief bursts. 8am bush trimming outside the unit windoby staff waking up the house. Remodeling noise. ool key worked for the first 5 days & stopped. There was construction at the pool which was not told to us. They did respond quickly to say it does work. We tried again but the door my arthritis could not manage it anymore. I finally gave up trying to make the stay less noisy but that's was what i came here for. Quiet. Didn't really happen. If you like activity and a busy condo unit, this is for you. Grounds are stunning. Beware of the overwhelming amount of Nene feces and they will come in the unit if you open the screen.

Perfect home for two weeks in paradise

great view

My wife and I enjoyed a very relaxing time at the condo. it was incredibly well stocked with appliances. lots of recreational gear as well. Great info on where to park as the signage in the resort is not too clear. we were a bit concerned with a bottom unit but there was little walking traffic in front of us. we loved the place!
