Vacker Princeville Condo

Välkommen till paradiset! Njut av din underbara 2bd 2ba SENASTE UPPDATERAD, övervåningen andra våningen Kauai condo, i en extremt låg densitet underavdelning av Princeville. Mycket tyst och halv avskild. Backar upp till Makai golfbana, med en kort vandring till närliggande Sea Lodge-stranden.

Fullt lager kök, alla nya krukor och pannor, silverkläder, skärknivar, brödrost, kryddor, matolja, salt / peppar, du heter det! Helt nya strandhanddukar, stolar, paraply, snorkel, isbröst, boogiebräda, brädspel för barnen, allt ingår (och mer!) Alla nya apparater och möbler. Missa inte denna pärla!

Kamahanas är en 30 enhet, 50% ägare ockuperad underavdelning ligger på norra sidan av Kauai, i Princeville. Princeville är en av de mest exklusiva områdena i hela Hawaii, och ett extremt eftertraktade semestermål. Bara 3 miles från den närbelägna pittoreska staden Hanalei, kommer du att bli kär i shopping och den autentiska ön äter!

När man jämför condos borde man undersöka DENSITY (vissa har hundratals enheter plus A & B-sidan "lock-outs" .. Och (om möjligt) undersöker också ägarnas uppgift. Det finns en skillnad i dessa två mycket viktiga faktorer, och platsen är verkligen allt!

Kamahana är en underavdelning "utanför huvudvägen", och är välkänd av folk i kunskapen (öarna). Se områdets bilder på 3800 Kamehameha Rd.

This unit is in a very quiet complex.It is on the second floor with the door on the 1st floor.The closet by the door has beach chairs, coolers, sand toys and snorkels.The pool was not heated so a little cold in January.There is not an outside grill to cook on , but the kitchen has almost everything we needed.No pizza pan, but it did have a pizza cutter.We used foil on the oven rack.The beds were comfy and the showers had enough hot water.Full size washing machine and dryer.There is an air conditioner in both bedrooms, but no air conditioning in the living room, eating area or kitchen.We were fortunate to be visiting when it was "window weather" . The temperature only got up to 73 or 74 so we never turned on the air conditioners.There are ceiling fans in all the rooms.A great place to stay in Princeville!!!!

This economical condo is centrally located in Princeville and close to amenities. For a family of adults that is mostly out and about, it’s perfect. A great home base as you adventure out your days in beautiful Kauai!

Beautifully maintained and delightfully appointed condo in Princeville. So many thoughtful amenities with beach chairs, umbrella, yoga mat, weights. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood with amazing views of Hanalei mountain range. Close to shopping, dining, golf, beaches and hiking trails.

Great place to stay. Loved the location and short beautiful trail to Sea Lodge Beach. The unit was very comfortable and had everything we needed (including beach gear!) The AC units in the bedrooms were very helpful, as the unit did get quite warm in late July.

Great condo, great location

We loved our stay at this condo. It’s very comfortable and cozy, clean, and well-stocked. The kitchen had everything we needed to do a lot of meal prep. We really appreciated the extras like beach chairs, towels, and sand toys. The location is great, about 10 minutes to Hanalei Bay and close to the highway to explore the island. The neighborhood is extremely quiet and all the residents we met were very friendly and welcoming. The pool is fantastic and we were often the only ones there.One tip - if you’re arriving on a late flight, know that the area is very dark, so a good flashlight will help as you’re getting your bearings and finding the condo for the first time.

Great condo during cooler weather, not so much during the summer

The condo was clean and nicely furnished. One of the A/C units was duct taped and not fully working but was replaced by the owner the day after we arrived. Even with the repair and a bonus box fan he brought, the unit was uncomfortably hot for 5 of the 6 days we were there. If trade winds are a thing, they did not blow during our entire stay. The shower door was missing so we had to fight off a shower curtain all week in the master bath. There is no beach access unless you want to hike through private areas and past no trespassing signs- so plan to drive about 15 minutes. Bugs were also a problem (and they are masked by the countertop pattern), so were were not able to buy much food or fully use the kitchen. We even packed up our belongings to allow for insect treatment during our stay and saw more bugs after treatment than before. We had a fantastic condo later on another island which only confirmed how difficult our stay in this one truly was. If you are sensitive to heat or humidity, do your research. This unit is located in a super rainy area and main living space (kitchen/dining/sofa area) temps were running about 85 F at best. Kauai was beautiful and we were able to see most of the island, but we did not have a comfortable place to relax at the end of a long day.

princeville visit

Location of the property was excellent, enjoyed the many great walks and beaches. Nice and quiet, no disturbances. Downside was that the unit was a little dated and needs some maintenance work on the window screens, leaky bathroom fixtures, and one air conditioner that was not working properly. Overall though, we had a good stay at the Kamahana Condos

Perfect vacation

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo. It was so clean and comfortable with plenty of space for the 3 of us. It had everything we needed for a perfect vacation. Great having a washer, dryer, big screen tv and the keyless entry as well.

Great princeville condo

We had a wonderful stay! Communication with host was amazing! Condo has all the extras you could think of! Location to grocery store is very convenient! Short drive to Anini Beach which is the best beach for kids in my opinion. :) The kids loved the pool! AC was a nice relief on hot nights for the kids!

Great spot in Princeville

We were happy we chose to stay in Princeville on the north side of the island, as the north coast ended up being our favorite area during our week on Kauai. The property is in a GREAT location, separate from much of the rest of Princeville. The unit has everything you'd need, and was more spacious than I expected. It was clean and quiet, and we loved our stay!
