    Njut av allt som Kauai har att erbjuda i denna väl belägna lägenhet vid ingången till Princeville-området. Detta är en välkomnande lägenhet med en gräsmatta och träd precis vid Lanai och ligger mittemot poolen och badtunnan. Den nyligen renoverade lägenheten har gratis WiFi, platt-TV, en fantastisk lanai och passar perfekt för vindarna som är naturens luftkonditionering.

    Vad finns i närheten:
    En fantastisk dagsutflykt är att köra fyra mil nedför kullen till Hanalei. Var noga med att stanna vid utkik på vägen ner för att njuta av utsikten! Hanalei har gott om shopping, lokal mat och otroliga stränder som gör det till ett utmärkt sätt att tillbringa en dag (eller två). Om barnen är med dig, ta en familjedag några mil längs Kuhio Highway till Princeville Ranch där du kan gå ziplining, terräng, ridning eller åka på guidad vandring. Om det är en romantisk tillflyktsort kan du tänka på en dag på St. Regis, som har en härlig strand, god mat och ett spa med full service.

The location was central to many of the activities we wanted to do. Vacasa lived up to its billing as to the properties amenities. However, there property issues that couldn’t be resolved.

Close to Princeville & Hanalei, so super easy to shop or grab a cup of coffee. It’s near the golf course, where there’s a great sidewalk that wraps around it for walking exercise. Many families live in the condos around this unit, so noisy children can be an issue, especially if you want to use the pool.

The property was great. Roomy, full kitchen, laundry and poolside BBQ. Free assigned parking was convenient and the location was great. Highly recommend this property.

The surroundings were well-maintained and everything looked neat and tidy, but the accommodation itself felt a bit outdated. Inside, it didn’t quite meet our expectations, and there was no air conditioning, which made it less comfortable.

It is perfect for a single person or a couple. Being close to several prime beaches. And I did not hear a rooster crow while at the complex’s. There were chickens and they had nothing to crow about.

Very clean, had all the things you would need, great location, we were there for one short night, just wished there was AC. But there were lots of windows and 2 sliders to keep open, so not bad. And there were a lot of fans in the unit.

Decent for the price we paid

We had a nice stay here. Everything seemed adequate, but that’s it…nothing really exceeded our expectations. It worked for our needs, and we were happy. There were some quarks that could be improved, like the dryer not taking 3 hours to dry a load of laundry, and more places for drying towels to hang. The small hooks in the shower were good for hanging wet bathing suits. The pool and hot tub were great and the neighbors (both locals and visitors) were all really nice people. Thank you

Perfectly located close to Hanalei Bay

The property is clean and located 2 minutes away from Hanalei Bay where it’s the best to spend your day. Slightly dated, but overall well maintained. Kitchen is well equipped so it’s perfect if you plan to cook. The only minus to this property is the beach/pool equipment. The beach chairs are broken and umbrella was missing a pole piece so we couldn’t use them. Could use new ones.

Decent Stay

We had a nice stay here, everything was adequate, but outdated. The appliances in the posted photos do not match the stove and fridge in the suite. The fridge exterior is covered in rust spots, but worked properly. It met our needs and had everything available to cook in the suite, which was nice. The pool, hot tub and bbq facilities were great and very appreciated. The biggest disappointment we had was paying extra for the late check out (2pm) and finding out we were locked out of our suite at 1pm. Luckily the door from the patio into the bedroom was open (and and been the entire time we stayed, since we had assumed it would have been locked when we arrived for security), otherwise we would have been locked out without our phones to contact customer support.

The worst Airbnb/Vrbo I’ve ever been to, and I travel a lot

Reality is the opposite from the listing What is listed is absolutely different from what you get. The fridge is old and looks disgusting, the glass table top is cracked in half. My 7 y.o. cut her finger deep. Since we arrived later in the evening, we were not able to get in. After an hour trying different ways and calling, I finally found out that they set up different code that they gave it to me. They never changed it, and the whole trip was just inconvenient with just 1 key for the family without a lock. Cockroaches everywhere, dirty kitchen.

Zero Privacy and no help from Vacasa

Really would recommend finding another place. The unit has virtually no privacy. You can hear the silverware of the unit next door while they're eating--the curtains in the living room are see through--and the bedroom had broken blinds, allowing everyone who passed to see into the bedroom. The bedroom was facing a walkway and the pool area, so there were a lot of people looking into the unit. It was crazy. We contacted Vacasa to help with this and they were really aggressive about it not being an issue. Working with them was extremely stressful. It took them until the second night to call someone to come fix the blinds and they wouldn't be there until the third day. Not sure if the blinds ever got fixed, we checked into a hotel so we could sleep in peace.

We liked the serene setting, the laundry and items to use that came with the condo, like the ice chest and boogie boards. We liked the convenience of having close parking, a pool, and the kitchen items that made us feel at home. Plus fast wifi. The neighbors were all very friendly. We didn’t like that the windows don’t close all the way, so there’s noise (roosters crowing) that is easily heard, and that we could hear the upstairs neighbors moving around. Also there’s limited privacy due to the shutter style windows and the bathroom is in the bedroom. There were a few cosmetic flaws but the worst of them were that the blinds in the kitchen fell when pulled on to close them, and the pantry door falls off the rail every time you open it. They’re easy fixes, but annoying. The worst part was the cockroaches but I imagine they’re all over the island so we just kept our food in the fridge or sealed. Even with these things we still liked our stay here. The only recommendations we would’ve liked to have would be a stool for our daughter to reach the sink and maybe a beach umbrella. Otherwise it was excellent.

Friendly emails/easy check-in. And we had a gift waiting for us on arrival. We liked the serene setting, the laundry and items to use that came with the condo, like the ice chest and boogie boards. We liked the convenience of having close parking (to ourselves until the last day when Unit B moved in), a gorgeous spa and pool, and the kitchen items that made us feel at home. Plus we had fast wifi. The neighbors were all very friendly. But that’s “apartment life”, and standard wake up call in Kauai. Also there’s limited privacy due to the shutter style windows. The good thing is I was aware of this from other reviews and pictures. And since those reviews it looks like they planted some plants to help with the privacy, so it wasn’t bad. Also, I didn’t know the bathroom is in the bedroom. So if you’re expecting privacy/to shut your door, it would leave the 3rd person without a bathroom. It worked just fine for our family.

Vacasa Property Management

1. The unit that we stayed in was okay. I made a big mistake not reading the reviews. I assumed they had AC in Kauai, this unit has no AC, just loud fans to keep it bearable. 2. We arrived after dark and found the directions were wrong. My son spent at least 300 minutes hiking around the complex trying to find where 116a was located. Good way to start a trip. 3. Parking policy terrible. They give you 1 parking spot that I thought was no big deal. When we found our parking spot had a car parked there marked 116B. When we called Vacasa they said it is a shared and it's 1st come 1st served. We had to use an unmarked parking spot when not available. Those spots tend to be much further away from our unit. 4. When we 1st arrived we had a 10 digit door code. Out of the many times we used the door entry system, there was only 2 times that it worked on the 1st entry. We called and they said we may have to lift the door or move the handle around. It would sometimes require 5 or 6 tries before opening. They made 0 effort to get someone on site to fix it. 5.I was wondering why they waited so long to get me the unit information till the night before we arrived. Now I know. 6. We spent 5 nights in Maui and 5 nights in Kuaia. We had a wonderful time on both islands. The only negative was Vacasa Property Management. Will never rent a place that uses their services.

We had a great time at this condo. It had everything we needed for our stay. It was close to the pool and had a reserved parking spot so that is always nice. Loved that we didn’t have to rent beach equipment as this condo had plenty to use. I wish the TV would have been in the living space instead of only in the bedroom and the remote for the tv was difficult to use and looked as though it may need to be replaced. Overall we have no complaints about this condo or the host and would rent it again as it met our expectations.

It was a good place.

We only stayed here one night due to flight complications. But in comparison to the other place we stayed in, it was great. The kitchen was stocked a lot better than the other place, everything seemed to work. We were only there for about 12 hours, and spent most of the time asleep, the bed was comfortable. I just wish it wasnt 400 plus a night.
