En fantastisk havsutsikt väntar dig på denna härliga, oklanderligt inredda lägenhet. Fantastisk utsikt över Bali Hai och det blå Stilla havet njuter lätt från vardagsrummet och matsalen där den panoramiska effekten är särskilt dramatisk. Denna lägenhet på första våningen ligger nära kanten av en bluff, bekvämt nära en stig som leder till en sandstrand under havsnivån.

Bali Hai view

Everything was fabulous. The view is unparalleled, one of the best on the island. We loved the private beach. This home could use a bit of an update, maybe a new bed and some detail work. Honestly, we enjoyed the ease of cooking for ourselves every night and the sunsets.

Amazing location and view

The view alone warrants 5 stars. You'll love sitting on the patio taking it in or moving your chairs out into the grass to see even more of the scenery. The condo complex has a great pool and even a private beach with good snorkeling. The inside of the condo is simple, but just what we needed for the two of us. Note that the wifi is not the best, so keep that in mind if you plan on needing reliable and fast internet. Additionally, we did find a couple of bugs inside which is fairly normal for a beach condo but also something the owners could look into (the screen doors had gaps in them which could contribute to this). Otherwise, fantastic!

Private path was a nice surprise

Our unit was close to a private paved path down to the ocean, very steep but resembled a botanical garden. Location was close to the 1 hotel where we could dine and enjoy the views there.

World Class Experience in a Fabulous Property with The Best View Ever!

I am a first-time VRBO user. Every single expectation of mine was met - to world class standards. The property itself was not only immaculate, but also exceedingly well thought out for every single item included in the condo. We cook and bake; this particular condo included absolutely everything we ever wanted. The grounds were fantastic. The pool and hot tub were better than at any hotel for safety and cleanliness. This particular condo in the Pali Ke Kua property is one that I can recommend without any reservations. World class experience. Felt like a home away from home.

Best view of the bay and mountain vistas

Location was great! Short drive to Hanalei Bay! Spectacular sunsets across the bay! Nice kitchen and dinette areas. Could use an upgrade to closet doors and screens to the patio. TV was very small. Just a couple of tweaks and good to go! We would stay again.

The property grounds were very well manicured. The pool area was gorgeous. The check-in lobby area was also absolutely gorgeous. The only negative was there not being a restaurant on-site or in the immediate area. The food trucks on site were crazy spendy for the small portions ($15 for two snack size tacos). We cooked many of our meals using the kitchen, which had everything we needed.

Our view was amazing. We were able to watch the sunset from our lanai every evening. You can also walk to Hideaway Beach from the property. Great pizza place right on the property as well. The condo was well appointed and very clean. Had everything by we needed and the breezes coming in from the ocean were wonderful!

Anniversary Stay

The condo is as advertised and was close enough to everything yet far enough away that we had privacy. We would have given all categories a five star rating but the check in process feels archaic and old. To have to stop at the office to pick up the keys and to have to drop them off is a bit inconvenient when you are traveling from out of town. It added a layer of stress that isn’t necessary if the condo has a key box or code to enter.

Love the location

We have stayed at this complex many times. First time staying in this specific unit. View from the living room/back porch is spectacular. Since this is the first building and really no where to walk to behind the building, we didn’t see many people passing by out back as you do with the other buildings in the complex so felt a bit more private. Quick snorkel beach access via the mostly paved walking path down the cliff right next to the building. Also a reasonable walk to Queens Bath and the beach next to the hotel at the end of the road. Cooked half of our meals in the kitchen and had all the equipment, bowls, etc. we needed. Found Princeville had multiple open air / farmer/ craft markets during our stay over the week which we hadn’t noticed in prior years. Easy drive to the grocery story and some restaurants in Princeville.

Just what we needed

My husband and I recently spent our 25th anniversary on Kaua'i. We spent the first half of our trip in Princeville at the lovely and perfectly located Pali Ke Kua. This property has amazing views and is located within walking distance of beaches, a golf course, other resorts, walking trails and it has a great on-property restaurant. Nourish is a darling little lunch spot a very close drive away. There is so much to love about this spot and we will revisit!

Great view and location!

Comfortable place with fantastic views of Hanalei Bay and Bali Hai. Great location next to a walking path down to the beach and not far from another path down to Hideaway Beach. Good value. Comfortable bed and nice kitchen. Easy parking. Beach umbrella and chairs were available which was appreciated. Friendly nenes hang out on the lawn! Some features of the condo are a bit dated but no big deal.

Views views views

The unit is situated where you see the sunset and moonlight from the lanai. Incredible view of the beginning of Na Pali coast. Unit is under equipped needs better kitchen utensils and is a bit dated with no chair cushions at dining table and lanai. I would rent another unit if I were to return.

Amazing stay :)

This is such wonderful property rental and just what we needed to relax and rewind for our stay. We loved waking up to the beautiful sight and sound of the sea. The bedroom was cozy, the kitchen was perfect to make our own meals and the lanai was super relaxing to just chill and enjoy the view. The checkin process was easy and I really appreciated the phone call from the property management rep to answer any our questions. The only issue we had was that we could sometimes hear the upstairs tenants (especially when the sliding doors to the lanai were open) but except this, we loved our stay. We also highly recommend the walk down to the beach which is really secluded and was not busy at all when we went during our stay.

Majestically peacefull

This is a sparkling clean condo. The kitchen is completely updated with high end stainless steel appliances and it is stocked remarkably well. All of the furniture is comfortable. The neighborhood is well manicured and location absolutely can not be beat. After all of that, the best part is the view. We saw whales daily from our patio.
