Plantation Style lyxhus på golfbanan med fantastisk utsikt

Hale Honoiki är en klassisk Hawaiian plantage stil flyktbilen med en andra berättelsen Lanai som sträcker sig runt hela huset. Erbjuder magnifik utsikt över havet, berg och vattenfall. Hemmet ligger i ett lugnt område på andra hålet på Makai Golf Course. Det är mindre än ett halvt kvarter från Hanalei Bay Resort och en 10 minuters promenad till närmaste strand. Den lokala stranden är inne i skydds revet framför Prince St Regis Hotel, med bra Snorkel. Hanalei Bay Resort är ett par dörrar ned om du vill gå ner för en drink eller en måltid med Bali Hai i bakgrunden.

Kombinera rustika alm möbler med den pulserande blues, koraller och greener hemmet har en lugnande kust vibe. Den har fyra sovrum och tre badrum, en utedusch, och en huvud kök. I en Hawaiian paradis som Prince, är det viktigt att de uteliv områden dra full nytta av hemmets tropiska omgivningar. Det finns tre sittplatser på Lanai. På framsidan ingången till hemmet, ingår vi ett utrymme där gästerna kan se soluppgången över ikoniska Kauai bergen. På baksidan av huset har vi skapat en uteservering, samt en separat mysig sittgrupp för att titta på solnedgången medan du njuter av ett glas vin eller en Mai Tai. Det är omgivet av tropiska trädgårdar med ingefära, apelsiner, citroner, lime, papaya, ananas, bananer, orkidéer och en mängd blommor. Det finns också en bottenvåning uteplats och tropiskt trä däck, som vetter mot golfbanan.

Det finns två sovrum sviter, en trädgård svit, en lekfull dubbel twin rum och en mysig sovloft alla inom örat skott av en tung surf. Omgivningen tvätta bort stress och en god natts sömn är oundvikligt efter att ha upplevt olika aktiviteter här på ön.

Det ligger 27 miles från Lihue flygplats och nära underlätta för Prince Center med marknad, restauranger och butiker. Det är fyra miles från Hanalei stan.

The house was exactly as shown in the listing photos and worked perfectly for our family of seven (ages 55, 54, 24, 24, 21, 21, and 21). We had plenty of space to relax without feeling crowded.The downstairs setup—bedroom, bathroom, living area, and laundry room—was ideal for one of our 24-year-olds who has Asperger’s and really benefits from having his own space. All of the bedrooms were beautiful, comfortable, and the home was very clean.We really appreciated the beach chairs and snorkel gear which we were allowed to borrow. The lanai was especially relaxing; I loved sitting out there in the mornings, even when it rained. We also enjoyed having dinner together at the outdoor table. The outdoor shower was very convenient for rinsing off beach sand or mud after hiking. Everything is thought of here to help you enjoy the island.One thing to note is that the home is located on the golf course. On a few early mornings, the course maintenance started mowing very early, sometimes in the dark with lights on the mower. Overall, our stay truly felt like paradise, and we would happily stay here again.

This property was absolutely fantastic, and the host couldn’t have been more gracious. The location is ideal—nestled in Princeville on the North Shore, just minutes from Hanalei Bay and surrounded by what I believe is the most breathtaking scenery on all of Kauai.The house itself was spotless and beautifully maintained. The amenities provided truly elevated our stay. On our final day, we made it to Tunnels Beach early for some unforgettable snorkeling—something we wouldn’t have been able to enjoy without the high-quality gear conveniently available in the garage (at least at the time of this review). It ended up being the highlight of our trip.We also made great use of the beach chairs, bikes, sand mat, and coolers. Thoughtful touches like liquid soap, coffee filters, and condiments made everything feel seamless and stress-free. Every detail was considered, making this one of the most comfortable and well-equipped vacation rentals we’ve experienced.

Wonderful Vacation Getaway

We had an amazing stay at our vacation rental in Princeville. Everything was exactly as described and we had all the amenities we needed including beach gear, bicycles and kitchen equipment. The location was beautiful and close to so many exciting places to explore such as Queen’s Bath, Hideaway Beach and the nearby town of Hanalei. It was also a stone’s throw from the Hanalei Bay Resort where we could go to have a drink and watch the sunset. We had three generations with us ranging from people in their twenties to someone in their late 70’s and the accommodations worked for all of us. The beds were very comfortable and everyone slept very well. We also enjoyed watching all the beautiful birds that were around. We could see beautiful mountains in the front of the home and the ocean from the back. Thank you for our lovely stay!

Christine's home is gorgeous! Our stay there was absolutely wonderful. Everything was perfectly clean, check-in process was easy, plenty of kitchen essentials including some basic food items that we were happy to add to, plenty of beach gear, checkout instructions were easy, the owner's notebook even had suggestions for excursions, restaurants and just general things to do. The views from the wrap-around porch were terrific!!!! The downstairs suite was perfect. The upstairs loft would be perfect for children or young teens. The neighborhood was quiet and the location near the gold course made it perfect for walks. We were a 2 min walk to the resort where we went to grab pizza and drinks one night where we had great views as well. The home was perfectly decorated just like the pictures showed. We would definitely choose Christine's home again. We absolutely couldn't have chosen a better, more quaint home for our stay!!

North Shore Dream

We came to celebrate my husband‘s 70th birthday with family and friends and I can say this house made it very special. We enjoyed all aspects from the decor to the beautiful views on the wraparound deck. This house is everything you would expect in a beach house in Kauai. Amazing Princeville Resort Home

Beautiful house on the golf course with view of the ocean horizon. Wrap around porch encircles the entire 2nd floor with many seating options to enjoy the views. The inside is beautifully furnished, very comfortable and kitchen is well stocked. Beach chairs and towels, several coolers, games, bbq, and 2 bikes provided. Walking distance to the resort beach. Highly recommend this home!

Our family stayed at Hale Honoiki for a week. The home is well appointed and very comfortable. The location in Princeville is just great! The views are gorgeous. We had a wonderful week. Would definitely consider this house if we were ever to return!

Fabulous Stay

What a great house. Beautiful views. Clean and great amenities. View of mountains, ocean and backing on the golf course. Lamai (deck) around the entire house, wonderful - accessible from every upstairs room. Gardens are beautiful and well maintained. Beds were wonderful and comfortable. Living and kitchen facilities on second floor. Main floor bedroom and laundry facilities accessible from outside stairs only. Thanks for making our stay in Kauai a wonderful experience! Owners were wonderful and easy to communicate with. House Manager, Thames was readily accessible, and responsive. Our stay and trip were enhanced thanks to this beautiful home.

Truly Paradise Found

My family and I had a thoroughly wonderful time at this beautiful and very "Hawaiian" home. The bedrooms were all spacious with comfortable beds and my grand daughter loved her loft space. The kitchen was well stocked with all the appliances/utensils/etc. needed to prepare all our meals and the large dining table was perfect for our group. The living room was comfortable, but on the small size - which was OK for us, as most of us spent our time on the beautiful, large wrap-around porch when we were at the house. There are incredible views from the front porch of the Kauai mountains and across the golf course to the ocean off the back porch. The beach stuff provided was all we needed for our outings to the beach and snorkeling. My only small complaint is the master bath shower, which was small with the shower head too high, which made it difficult to take a shower with out getting your head wet - this wasn't a big deal for me as I ended up using the great outdoor shower all of the time, which I loved. We'll definitely consider coming here again on our next trip to Kauai.

Beautiful home. Great manager. Loved the covered porch during a rain shower. So helpful to have basic spices available. Use instacart to do a Costco order. Bulk goods were cheaper than the smaller versions at the local grocery.

Amazing Stay in Princeville

Priceless Experience!

Everything we could have wished for came true due to this amazing property in Princeville. The house was beautiful, the amenities were excellent, and the location was perfect. Beautiful location!! The air conditioner was broken in 3 of the the rooms. We reported it to the manager and were brushed off. The manager does not have good communication skills. Other than that our family enjoyed this beautiful home!!

Idyllic Retreat

We absolutely adored the home - very comfortable, stylish, clean and well appointed. Great location to explore from on the second green of Princeville Makai golf course. We awoke to roosters crowing and enjoyed the balmy breeze off the ocean. Truly everything you need to adventure from on the north shore. Ideal for 4-6 guests.

Best house on Makai Golf Course

This home was beautifully decorated and a perfect location for our family! The wrap around porch was where we spent most of our time when we weren’t out and about! One side, a view of the mountains and waterfalls, the other of the golf course and ocean! All the amenities you need, including boogie boards, beach chairs, snorkeling gear and bikes! I truly hope we can go back next year. Thames was very helpful, and informative of places and beaches to go to. I’ve been back in San Diego and all I can think about is what a great time we had with a smile!!!This is the place you want to stay!!
