The Space:

Experience breathtaking views of Hanalei Bay and Bali Hai from this delightful two bedroom condo, ideally located in the serene area of Hanalei Bay Resort.



This second-floor condo showcases distinctive island-themed decor, air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, an in-unit washer/dryer, and a charming lanai that provides expansive ocean and mountain views along with stunning Kauai sunsets. The unit includes a cozy king bed and a full bathroom.



Hanalei Bay Resort stands out as one of Kauai's premier vacation spots. Covering 22 acres along the picturesque North Shore, the resort is enveloped by lush tropical greenery and offers sweeping vistas of verdant mountains, cascading waterfalls, tropical sunsets over Bali Hai, and the beautiful blue waters of the Pacific. Just a short walk away, you'll find a pristine white-sand beach.



Hanalei Bay Resort features some of the best tennis facilities on the island, including eight courts and a tennis pro shop. Guests can also enjoy bell and shuttle services, beach gear rentals, a family-friendly lagoon-style saltwater pool, and a quieter, more intimate pool for relaxation. The resort's close proximity to North Shore attractions, shops, and  Kauai's top golf course makes Hanalei Bay Resort an unbeatable island retreat.



IMPORTANT INFORMATION:



*Extra Fees are due at check-in to Hanalei Bay Resort include: A one time $50 check in fee plus $25 per night resort fee and $20 parking per night. This is paid directly to the front desk at check in. - We are unit 7203/04, in the Banana Building.

- The condo has A/C, except for in the Master Bedroom, which has fans and ocean breeze. Living room and second bedroom have A/C.

- The unit does not have a washer & dryer, but there are W/D's in the development that take coins. Located in a neighboring building.

- The resort's internet does not support streaming services like Netflix or Hulu.

-The swim-up pool bar at Hanalei Bay Resort is closed indefinitely.

-This is a privately owned unit within a resort. Daily housekeeping services are not provided.



Guest Access:

We are a second floor unit with private access. You have to check-in at the front desk to receive directions to room and keys to front door.

You will be in the heart of Princeville, only minutes from Hanalei Bay



Getting Around:

We strongly advise renting a vehicle for best access to the area.

The location of this condo is fabulous with a beautiful ocean view from the terrace, close walking proximity to the beach and pool and close to Hanalei beach. The home was fully stocked with beach equipment. Everything was in great condition and very clean, the kitchen was fully stocked and even a washer and dryer in unit! The team was very responsive and helpful with check in questions we had. I’d highly recommend this stay!!

Stunning Views, Exceeded Expectations

We arrived inside this unit right around sunset and my jaw almost hit the floor when we walked in the door. The view from the back lanai (balcony) overlooking the ocean and Hanalei Bay were simple breath-taking. Everything was top notch inside, and we loved staying at the Hanalei Bay Resort especially for the main pool and beach access. There was a cooling fan and an oscillating fan in addition to the ceiling fan in the master bedroom, so no a/c in that room specifically was not an issue at all. We are already dreaming of our return to this specific spot in Kauai. There is a steep paved walk down to the unit and back up to the main lobby/pool/parking area, but you can call for a golf cart or enjoy the lovely path for your walk. Highly recommend!

Comfortable Condo

Everything was as described including the extra beach equipment which was so nice to be able to enjoy during our stay. This was a "give to get" condo with extra spices and condiments which was helpful for cooking during our stay.

Blown away! Lovely unit & fun HBR resort

Our first stay at HBR and the resort is stunning. We'd just come from staying at the Royal Hawaiian on Maui and wish we spent the whole stay here instead! Happy surprises:- As tennis lovers we were thrilled with the abundance of courts, racket rentals and easy online booking tool. Even right after raining, we were able to enjoy them. The unit even had a racket and balls to use.- There is a ton to do down at the beach, as the 1 Hotel is there: GREAT beach bar w/food, pizza, shave ice, ping pong, cornhole, beach chairs, and kayaks. Had so much fun at the beach here. - The unit itself was gorgeous - the furnishings, bed comfort, kitchen supplies, even some books & games. Will definitely stay here again - nicest unit we saw from our group. Only downsides to be aware of:- HBR restaurants & pools (at least in April) close down early at night. Their large Italian/pizza spot was closed the entire time.- HRB resort is very hilly! This unit is located at the bottom of a slight hill, so you get a good leg workout every time you leave the unit and go anywhere :)
