Hale Moi condominiums lie in the heart of Princeville, right off of the legendary Prince golf course and breathtaking overlook into Hanalei Bay. Princeville is a private golf course community with other popular hotels like the The One and the Westin Resort inside the community gates. Within steps is Hideaways Beach and Restaurant, and Princeville Shopping Center, just minutes away, offers visitors an array of restaurants, bars, shopping, and galleries, with live music nights and more necessities like a grocery store and gas station where you can fill up before traveling into the next beautiful towns of Hanalei, Waineha, and our legendary "end-of-the-road" beaches and hiking--Ke'e beach, Hanakapiai Falls, Kalalau Trail, and more. More nearby attractions include snorkeling, surfing, and boat tours. This newly renovated studio offers air conditioning, a king size bed, WiFi, a 52” smart TV along with cable and appliances such as coffee maker, toaster oven, microwave, medium-sized fridge and freezer, cups, mugs and different cutlery. Unit is equipped with all linens as well as beach towels, beach chairs, coolers, snorkeling gear, and boogie boards for guests' enjoyment. NOTES: --- • Please respect that this is a non-smoking unit and any guest must smoke outside by parking lot. We also ask that you do not leave any alcoholic beverages in the fridge upon leaving. There are large trash bins outside in the parking lot. 🙏
• All guests have free parking outside of unit in any "permit" slots, and the parking pass is inside the unit. It must be visibly placed inside of your vehicle. PLEASE remember to return the parking pass inside of the unit upon departure, as there is a $25 fee if lost. • Please be sure to replace keys immediately back into lock box each time you unlock the unit.

An awesome condo in an awesome little community. Perfect for proximity to North Shore adventures, and not nearly as busy as the east and south shores. The condo itself is the perfect home base. Host was super helpful in accommodating at early bag drop off, and always responded to questions expeditiously. We had an amazing time here. 5+ stars!

No way to clean dishes. No communication about where our third guest was to sleep. After we called and found out about the blow up bed it deflated in the middle of the night. Nice view from balcony and comfortable temperature. Probably best for couples or singles.

Good and Bad The good first: Well appointed with everything one might need (including a refillable pitcher of filtered water in the fridge), comfortable mattress, great location, private views of trees and the mountains, plenty of clothes hangers, and a shower head high enough for a tall person. The bad: 13 plastic house plants all heavily laden with dust, dirt-collecting shag carpeting, finicky wicker furniture with dust built up in the nooks and crannies. Worst of all was synthetic bedding and towels. I expect cotton sheets and towels, not cheapo made in China synthetic sheets, microfiber covers and towels. My husband commented that using the microfiber washcloth made him feel like he was using a carwash cloth on his face. Synthetic fibers expose people to microplastic pollution and harms the ocean when washed because no municipal wastewater treatment plant can remove microplastics before the water is released to the ocean. When the items are dried the microplastic lint goes in the air and we breathe it into our bodies. The amount plastic materials in this unit was gross.

Everything was great except for the internet connection. It was like dial up even in good weather. Microwave and some silverware weren’t clean. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of hot water. We appreciated the cooler and beach chairs. The trail to hideaway beach is definitely difficult.

Beautifully decorated.very peaceful and serene setting. It had everything we needed, from beach chairs and towels to even Ziplock bags and a cooler. Great paths for walking and an easy drive to Anini beach and Hanalei. Lovely view of the ocean.

Anyone considering staying in princeville should book this beautifully thought-out condo with no hesitation. Location is great - peaceful and quiet with lots of places to walk to. The layout of the condo is perfect and all furniture is so comfy - we almost didn’t want to leave to go explore the island. The hosts were incredibly responsive with a few minor questions we had. We will be back when we come back to Kauai soon.

Everything was great except the bed is close to the windows and they have no curtains or drapes or covers to keep out the traffic lights. The light shine is very bright which makes it hard to sleep throughout.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit Abzügen

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich sehr schön und gut ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war stets bestens. Bei Problemen wurde sich direkt darum gekümmert. Leider hatten wir unliebsame Gäste (Kakalaken) im Badezimmer. Hier wurde sich zwar schnell gekümmert, trotzdem ist das Grenzwertig bei einer sonst sehr schönen Unterkunft.

Lovely studio apartment great location. Woke up each morning to birds singing never needed the air conditioning the cross breeze was perfect. Beach chairs snorkel equipment boogie boards beach towels no need to rent.

Great place to stay in Princevile

We enjoyed our stay here very much. Overall it was a good experience and we would stay again. Our only complaint is that the dishware, specifically the coffee mugs, were not clean (gross) and the microwave was a little knarly inside. The bed was comfortable, there were beach items to use, and a nice deck with a Mountain View.

Awesome quiet spot near great beaches.

Really enjoyed the aesthetic of this rental as well as its great location! The balcony overlooks trees that were teeming with beautiful birds and the golf course. Our favorite beach was within walking distance which is truly special since there are only 10 parking spots for the entire beach.
