A shared pool is ready when you want a quiet afternoon close to home. Hanalei Bay and Anini Beach are a scenic drive away for bigger beach plans. It is a calm, well-placed spot for a couple or small family who would rather spend on experiences than unused space.

Guests at Paniolo in Princeville enjoy access to a shared communal and outdoor pool, with a private entrance and patio for relaxing outdoors. The resort setting offers garden and mountain views, and a lit path to the entrance makes evening arrivals easy. Some resort facilities are operated independently by the resort.



The Neighborhood:

Paniolo is near Princeville Shopping Village, the fitness park, walking trails, and the weekly farmers market, giving the area an easy, everyday feel. Princeville sits high above Hanalei Bay on Kauai's green North Shore, with mountain views in one direction and the coast in the other. Hanalei's beach and town are down the hill for a longer outing, while Anini Beach is nearby for snorkeling. It is a convenient base for beach days, produce runs, and slow scenic drives.



Getting Around:

Lihue Airport is about 40 minutes away via a scenic drive along Kauai's coast. A rental car is highly recommended since the North Shore's beaches, restaurants, and Hanalei's shops are spread out. Princeville itself offers walkable access to some shops and dining, while beaches like Hanalei Bay are a short drive. Parking is typically available in lots or driveways at most properties.



Other Things to Note:

Ocean conditions in Hawaii can change quickly. We recommend swimming at lifeguarded beaches whenever possible and always keeping a close eye on children near the water. Some traffic noise may be audible from Ka Haku Road. This studio can be combined with the adjoining studio as Paniolo #202 A & B. A child size bed is available for younger guests. Streaming services available with guests' own accounts. House guidelines: kids are welcome, no parties, no smoking, and no pets.
