När du står på din lanai vid The Cliffs # 6201 har du en 180 graders obunden utsikt över det spektakulära djupblå vattnet i Kauais nordliga kust, med lugn lugn bara bryts av de vilda gässen och andra tropiska flyttfåglar som seglar förbi den lugna havbrisen. Det är inte ovanligt att se ut mot havet för att se en valfågel som bryter i fjärran eller en regnbåge som glittrar i horisonten. På den andra berättelsen är du i ögonh��jd med billowy kokospalmer, på vilka tv�� svänger en stor hängmatta med utsikt över vattnet. Det blir inte mycket bättre än detta. Skulle du frestas att gå ut från din hemliga oas vid The Cliffs, ta en snorkel, mask och fenor med dig från garderoben *, och ta en kort promenad till de hemliga Turtle Caves eller Hideaways Beach, eller en snabb körning till Hanalei Bay, Tunnels Beach eller Ke'e beach. Slutet på Kuhio motorväg, 30 minuter norr vid Ke’e Beach, ligger precis nedför Kalalau Trail trailhead - konsekvent rankad som en av de vackraste vandringar i världen av internationella äventyrsmagasiner. När du återvänder hem, täckt av sand och röd smuts från dina episka vandringar runt Kaua'i, kommer din Cliffs-lägenhet att välkomna dig nådigt med djupa soffor du kan sjunka i med en bok eller DVD från det lilla biblioteket eller brädspel att spela med din grinande familj eller vänner. Dessa lägenheter har även WiFi och en tvättmaskin och torktumlare i enheten. Atmosfären här görs lugn och trevlig av det vackra konstverket som pryder n��stan varje vägg, möblerna i strandhusstil, de stora panoramavyerna och naturligtvis det rytmiska ljudet från vågor som kraschar i det närmaste avståndet.

Great property! When they say, 'location, location, location" this place has it. The Cliffs property is conveniently located close to the market, golf course, and a variety of restaurants. Our condo was comfortable ans the view from our condo was spectacular! People we met were all very friendly.

The room has breathtaking views. I would stay here again in a heart beat and looking forward to our take trip. Already looking at dates for next year. This place provided chairs for beach umbrella. Hotel like shampoo and lotions individual which was so nice. Not a huge family style was brought piece of mine of use else has used this? Gave sponge and dish soap. Laundry soap. Was super clean. Wish i could give 10 stars. Lovely and such a Aloha feel. Ocean view, garden and mountain view. Spent mornings on lanai with coffee watching sunrises and dinners watching sunsets. Took lei making class! 100% you will enjoy this place.

This corner unit has a good view of the ocean, and is located at the farthest end of the development, away from the the noise and energy of parking lots, maintenance workers and other visitors. It's not super stylish - furniture and layout could use an update - but it's comfortable...perfect for a couple. One small criticism: The kitchen could use new pots/pans, and beach chairs/umbrella are ready to be retired. All of that said, this is probably the best of about five different places we've stayed in Princeville, and we would happily return.

Lovely view. The resort is right on the edge of the cliffs with chairs to sit and watch the waves. Saw whales! It was nice to have a besch umbrella snd chairs! The unit needs upkeep (rusty fridge, damaged cabinets, patio door got stuck closed a couple of times) but we were happy to overlook that.

We truly enjoyed our experience on the north shore. The condo is a bit dated and could use up dating however it is in a good location, central to everything, it was comfortable and met all our needs. The view and proximity to the water was most important to us and we were not disappointed.

Very spacious for two people. Would have been interesting with more people because the two beds are in the same room. Very nice place and nice amenities. A bit expensive, although we came during a high demand time of year. As advertised. Unfortunately it rained most of the time we were there, which I guess can happen when you go to Kauai. The rain does mean that the area is super lush and green everywhere. If we went back to Kauai we would probably stay on the south side., where the weather is supposed to be better.

We were looking for a nice quiet place to stay and explore the area. We wanted a view and well appointed kitchen. I knew the unit we rented was right for us when we arrived because they had our favorite cookbook on the counter! We want to return and stay longer. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This end of Building 6 has the best views of all the units at the Cliffs (front Lanais looks at the ocean, back lanai has a great garden view) all the other buildings look at parking lots. This unit COULD BE over the top if it was renovated. The cabinets, refrigerator, doors, bathrooms etc are all original and really need to be replaced. All that said, spend time out on the Lanais and look at the views and the rest doesn’t matter so much!

We LOVED the stay at the Cliffs. It was perfect for our little family of 3. It had the most beautiful view where we could see pods of whales out the kitchen and balcony. We really had a great time there. We used the community BBQ and met some fellow travelers and swam in the beautiful pool and our 2 year old played on the playground. It was truly amazing. We loved it!!! And will definitely choose the same unit and condo as it is the perfect location and quiet part of the island. Everything we were looking for!

Great property, location, many things to do, was like a home away from home really. Beds very comfortable, spacious apartment with great amenities. Only downside of entire stay that was not related with the property but could have improved experience is food shopping! The closest market at Princeville is extortionately priced!! I mean 8 dollars for bread. We later found on our tour of the island a Walmart. Had we have known this we would have gone there. Maybe to advertise this as we were not expecting to have to spend over 200 dollars for food for 5 days!!!

needs painting, a thorough cleaning, replacement of the couch, and cleaning or replacement of the window blinds. Only two burners worked on the stove ( as noted in a previous comment ) Kitchen floor is bare concrete. Super cheap underpowered microwave. Lanai furniture is badly chipped and rusty. Louver doors were so dirty in the bathroom that I cleaned them myself. Housekeeping was supposed to come to clean them but never showed( seven days). We have stayed in other condos in Princeville over the last thirty years including Pali Key Kua, Sealodge , Alliki Kai, and others at the Cliffs but never one this run down. Other than a nice view, I could not recommend this condo

This unit worked perfectly for our small group. It is very private with two lanais. One looks to the view pictured in the ad and the other has a view of trees. both were lovely. Great flow through ventilation. We only had three days but would have enjoyed staying longer.

This unit is in need of a major upgrade. Needs paint, new furniture, especially lanai off bedroom. The refrigerator had a terrible smell so we used our neighbor's. Only 2 of 4 burners worked in stove. Still love The Cliffs, but will not stay in this unit again. In talking with a friend who is staying in Poipu, she overheard a conversation about a similar fridge problem where they are. The rental company brought them a small fridge and ice cooler. After a couple of phone calls to Oceanfront Realty, we were told that their maintenance guy came over and could not smell anything in the fridge. Too bad for us!! We chose to make lemonade from lemons and did not spend the week complaining. We don't have the opportunity to get to Kauai often, so we ate out more and still had a wonderful time. Mahalo!

The unit was a little run down but the bedding was comfortable and had everything we needed for a 10 night stay. The pool/hot tub were a welcome relaxation. Cool breeze at night was great. Roosters were irritating in the early AM but unavoidable and expected.
