Sealodge E8: En hel del med en fantastisk utsikt! Kyla havsbrisen

Detta prisvärda enrumslägenhet erbjuder en fantastisk havsutsikt. Koppla av på punee (det är ett fönstersätet i vardagsrummet - dubbelsäng storlek, så en bra plats för ett barn att sova) och njut av kylbrisen när du lyssnar på ljudet av bränningen och beundrar synen av en soluppgång över havet. Sovrummet är möblerat med en queen size-säng. Det finns en dragkärlsdörr som glider ihop för att ge sekretess i sovrummet. Kabel-tv och gratis wifi ingår. Fullt kök. Myntstyrd tvättmaskin och torktumlare i nästa byggnad.

Våra Kauai Semesteruthyrning på Sealodge ligger i slutet av en liten tyst sidogata, utan genomfartstrafik, som slutar på en dramatisk havsblåff. Sealodge condos möter havet på deras Lanai sida. En kort vandring från dessa budgetvänliga Kauai condos tar dig till avskild Sealodge Beach. Djungelvägen korsar en liten bäck och går sedan ner till en avskild sandy vik. Havet vid Sealodge Beach är grunt och skyddat av ett rev, vilket gör det idealiskt för snorkling och simning.

Sealodge Condos byggdes så att du kan se de rullande vattnet vågorna från vardagsrumsfönstren, sovrummet fönster och Lanai. Från alla tre av dessa platser kan du höra surfen, titta på valar, spinner delfiner och exotiska fåglar. Det finns en pool och grillplats (grillar är kol och du måste ta med egna briketter). Beautiful Views

Great location as far as the views from every window and lanai. We got to see whales which was a plus. The unit itself is comfortable - the kitchen had great cookware and we ate dinners in. The living room furniture could use some TLC and be updated. Also don’t be surprised by the weather beaten outside - inside is worth every penny for the view.

We loved the Condo, but not the Manager.

We had a great time in this place! Beautiful view!! Very close to facilities. It had everything we need it, except enough toilet paper, two rolls for 2 people for 10 days. I called the manager many times with no response. I left two voicemails and finally she called back the next day and said she advised the housekeeper to leave some for us, but the cleaner never did. I went to knock on the managers door with no response. We went and bought some, very expensive in the island.

Whales and sea turtles

Great value! We saw whales, sea turtles, and birds from our condo, and we enjoyed magnificent sunrises with the lighthouse in the in the distant background. The condo had beach chairs, snorkels, a small cooler, and beach towels... all we needed for a day at Anini Beach.

Perfect View, clean and nice amenities!

We loved the view! Waking up to the sunrise over the ocean right in front of you was amazing. We enjoyed going on the balcony frequently and listening to and looking over the ocean. This is such a nice place to be and everything related to our stay here was amazing. Check out seaside beach too! One thing we wish we did differently would be to spend more time around the condo and relaxing but if we went back to Kauai we would definitely stay here again. Thank you for your hospitality! All the things for us to use were really nice and made the trip even better!

Obviously the views were spectacular from every direction. Loved our walks in the morning and our views of the water. Aw whales several days! Property could use some upgrading. Reported a new patio door needed due to the salty air and were already replacing the day they came to clean. Could use new carpet and Bath fixtures as well. Otherwise loved the place and the north end of the island. Had everything we needed as we had lots of activities planned.

Ocean view gem

When you first open the door, you can only say “Wow !” Huge windows show surf and beaches, lush greenery and lots of chickens(!). The condo is well-equipped, although the smart TV is smarter than we are, so we had a nice media vacation. Great location to see the sights of the North Shore.

Amazing view and comfortable stay

My boyfriend and I were very happy we chose this condo. The view alone was worth it to us. I was impressed with how much the condo offered - all the supplies we could need, from appliances to beach towels to coffee filters. Thankfully we were blessed with some beautiful sunny days so we were able to spend some time on the lanai/balcony in the mornings. On the few rainy days we experienced, the punee was my favorite spot to curl up with a blanket and get cozy. Yes, the wind can be intense during stormy weather, but this is an island after all, so nothing we weren't expecting. Close to everything on the north shore, including Princeville Center, Hanalei/Hanalei Bay and Kilauea, which was perfect for us. We did venture south and to the west side of the island, but it is a bit of a drive, so just know that ahead of time and plan accordingly. The property managers were easy to work with and super responsive, which I appreciated very much. We would love to come back again!

Not What We Expected

Note to any and all readers: North Kauai is known for being wet and rainy at times. This December trip was no exception as we had rain (indeed storms) nearly every day. Sealodge condos are located on the windward side of Princeville. We wound up driving south each day to find sun (and there was often very little). The Good: The condo was clean and provisioned with everything needed for good days at the beach-chairs, boards, beach towels, etc. All appliances were in good working order. Very nice view (if it is not storming). It was in nice proximity to Hanalei and various good beaches like Kalihiwai and Anini. The Not-So-Good: During rainy weather, the windows sills would fill with water and bubble as the wind blew against them. This would spatter onto the inner trim. We let the property managers know but nothing was done about this issue. We wound up laying towels over the area to stop the noise. Whether it was from this water entry or other issues, the room seemed to smell of mold. The heavy weather limited our ability to open the windows for fresh air (the rain was blowing so hard, we could not even leave the lanai slider open to let in fresh air). Lastly, the tenants across the hall have a dryer vent that blows into E8's jalousie windows by the door. With things shut up due to weather, the smell of dryer sheets when they dried clothes was intolerable and there was no way to shut out the smell. My wife and I both have allergies and this was too much. So, in summary: do your research on your expectations of a Kauai vacation in December (our number one lesson!).

Gorgeous views, tranquil spot, sea life galore

We absolutely loved our stay in Sealodge E8. It’s a private balcony with stunning views from every window. Loved the window seat, how safe and private and quiet it was, how friendly people were, and loved our adventurous hike to Sealodge Beach. You’ll almost always be the only ones there! It’s worth the hike in the rain. You will get muddy and some parts are single file along the rocks — but so worth the adventure! When on the trail, take the path to the left where the downed tree is after crossing the small creek. Everything about Sealodge and Princeville is heavenly! Loved seeing spinner dolphins in the morning and Kilauea Lighthouse in the distance. Our adventure to Queens Bath and Secret Beach were so incredible! Much mahalo!!!
