Med sin centrala läge och tankeväckande bekvämligheter, är detta Kauai semesteruthyrning säkerligen att överträffa alla förväntningar. Vårt fritidshus, Ka Pua Hale, som betyder "Blossom House", kunde inte vara bättre beläget. Den avskilda Sea Lodge Beach ligger en kort promenad bort, och dess orörda strandlinje är perfekt för simning, snorkling eller sola i solen. Några minuters bilfärd i motsatt riktning tar dig till hjärtat av Princeville, där du kan plocka upp färsk ananas på den lokala bondens marknad eller ta av på den populära Makai Golf Club. Glöm inte att besöka de 2500 hektar stora Princeville Ranch, där du kan zipline genom djungeln, utforska de lokala vattenfallen till häst och kajak ner Kauai pittoreska Kalihiwai Stream.

Efter en hel dag med äventyr är Ka Pua Hale det perfekta reträttet. Huset är omgivet av en frodig tropisk trädgård och en en och en halv acre gemenskapspark, perfekt för att öva din golfslag eller titta på solnedgången över vulkanerna. Hemmet innehåller också en skuggad terrass med flera solstolar och en uteservering.

Inuti, katedralen tak och Tommy Bahama-stil inredning inbjuder dig att sparka tillbaka i äkta hawaiiansk komfort. Vår semester hyra kostar mindre än något Princeville hotell. Men till skillnad från ett hotell får du ett fullt privat hem med tre sovrum, två badrum, en utomhusdusch och en fullstor tvättmaskin och torktumlare. A beautiful house, so well equipped. Highly recommend for a family stay. We had Christmas here, and Liz even had a Christmas tree up for us!! Plenty of towels, great washing machine & dryer. Fantastic neighbourhood. Liz was very responsive and helpful

Amazing Princeville Experience

My mother, brother, husband and I stayed at the the property for a week. We walked and rode the bikes to beaches, used the snorkel equipment, had picnics on the beaches and sat on the lanai (a lot!), reading, playing games and eating. It is a wonderful site to base out of to explore the North Shore! I would give it a 6/5 if I could! Liz was amazing, responsive, helpful. The best that I have worked with so far!

Perfect Princeville Vacation Home

Our stay was amazing! The neighborhood location was perfect as a home base for our family. We were so close to Hanalei and with easy access to Kapa’a and other towns farther south on the island. Liz was easy to get ahold of if we had questions and was always quick to reply.We like to cook dinner at home (even on vacation), and the kitchen had everything we needed, including all the baking pans and a rolling pin so we could bake our Christmas cookies. There was even a rice cooker (a huge hit for our family).We are a family of 5 (mom, dad and 3 daughters - 2 teenagers and a tween). The room situation was great, and the outdoor shower was a big plus. The loft was nice for extra space to spread out and is where we played games at night. There were plenty of tv’s with all the streaming services we needed, and we never had issues with the WiFi connection.Another big plus were all the beach supplies in the garage: beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, buckets and shovels to play in the sand, snorkel gear - the list goes on. We brought our own beach towels, but the house had them as well.We are long time VRBO renters, and I have to say, this house had everything we needed and more. I’ve never stayed in a vacation rental that included so much. Do yourself a favor and choose this home! You won’t be disappointed.

A Place for Five

It was fun staying in a Hawaiian house in a real neighborhood. We loved the location. The house was beautiful, very clean, and comfortable for the five of us. While we were there we enjoyed hiking, snorkeling at a few different beaches, dining out, visiting farmers markets and the nearby town of Princeville. Thank you for letting us stay there.

Great house and location

Bottom line up front - this house was perfect for our stay, clean, well kept, and in a great location. I would absolutely stay here again. One thing I was curious to see how it worked out was the solar integration with the water heater. It worked great. The hot water takes a second to kick in, but when it does it’s hot! We were able to take six showers back to back without any hint of the hot water fading out. We used the beach chairs, boogie boards, cooler, and snorkel gear every day. It’s all in great shape and made for very enjoyable days.

Great Kaua'i Getaway

The pictures don't do the house justice, great location, very nice house and good sized rooms. You're close to beaches, pickle ball courts, stores, and eateries. Well equipped kitchen to eat in and grill also. Lots of beach towels, snorkeling gear, beach chairs, boogie boards and bikes to get around in. Definitely will use again!! Barbara

Perfect getaway

We really enjoyed our stay here! The host was so easy to communicate with and offered great advice on local areas to check out! The home was clean and had everything we needed and more! The location was absolutly perfect with so many "must see" places within walking distance! We were really sad to leave and plan on visiting and staying here in the future! =)

Beautiful house in great location

This is a very comfortable and well furnished house with more than anything you would need. Kitchen has tons of stuff and garage is packed with snorkeling gear and bicycles and more. Walk to a secluded beach (read instructions carefully) and to Queen’s Bath. Easy driving distance to all North Shore towns, beaches, and activities. Make sure to book a reservation if you want to walk the Na Pali Coast trail (we didn’t so couldn’t go but saw other great places). Took some adjusting to not having A/C as we’re kinda wimps but just kept the windows open to cool things down. The breeze made it work out. Lots of tips in the books and guides for local sights and food. Easy grocery shopping nearby. Would definitely stay here again but for longer.

Dream stay Kauai

Our group of 6 adults stayed at Liz’s place in Princeville for 8 days. The house is beautiful clean and perfect location to enjoy Kauai North shore. We cooked breakfast and dinner everyday and enjoyed our evenings and mornings spending time together around the table. There are tons of beach towels and snorkel gear. We walked to Queens Bath Beach and Sealodge beach several times. Both beaches are amazing. Sealodge was great for snorkeling and we saw several sea turtles. Quiet place to relax. Nearby grocery store.

We really enjoyed staying at this beautiful house in Kauai. It was so nice to have a well stocked kitchen with everything you would need. The outdoor area was perfect to relax in. There was plenty of room for all five of us. The neighborhood is very nice and we enjoyed walking in the evenings. All around, a great place to stay and enjoy Kauai!

Amazing Princeville Vacation Home

We stayed in this beautiful home for a week while visiting the island of Kauai. Checking in was easy. We were provided the code for the lock box via text. The house was well equipped with beach chairs, beach towels, snorkel gear, and even bicycles. The kitchen had everything you would need to make a quick dinner. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms plus a loft area. Plenty of room for our family of five. The house was clean and comfortable. We went walking in the neighborhood every morning and even met the neighbors who were very friendly. Our young adult kids loved the outdoor shower and used it every morning. I enjoyed having tea on the lanai and listening to the birds. The house was a perfect home base for our family. Kilauea and Hanalei are close by where there are restaurants and shops. The Princeville Foodland was also convenient for groceries. We visited the Kilauea Lighthouse, Haena State Park, Ke'e Beach, the Limahuli Garden, the Hanalei Farmers market, Hanalei Bay, and even hiked to the Na Pali Lookout on the Kalalau Trail. We ate dinner a Kalypsos, Tahiti Nui and Hanalei Gourmet. We took the chocolate tour at the Princevillle Botanical Garden. We went to Luau Kalamaku at the KIlohana Plantation, and zip lined with Kauai Backcountry Adventure. We loved every minute of our stay on Kauai. It was amazing! Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your lovely Princeville home. We highly recommend this property for anyone looking to stay in the Princeville area

North side Paradise

Loved the Kauai vacation home rental. Princeville is a great safe home base to explore the North side of the island. Here you will find some of the best hiking and beaches all within a 1/2 hour drive. Some are even just a short walk from the property. On the North side you have to work a bit harder to access some of the beaches, but the payoff is worth it. Tunnels, Sea Lodge, and Ke’e offered some of the best snorkeling. Queens Bath was difficult to get to, but the views were amazing. Quick 10 drive brings you to Hanalei Bay. This is the perfect house for a family of six. Highly recommend!!!

Perfect Paradise

What a beautiful house we stayed at in Princeville! We loved the outdoor shower, the extremely well stocked kitchen for cooking, and garage for beach toys. Liz has literally thought about everything!!! The neighborhood was amazing; quiet and safe with nice helpful neighbors. We loved seeing the Albatross nesting, and also being so close to Hanalei Bay. The quiet streets were perfect for morning walks/runs. The house was also extremely clean with comfortable beds, and it was so helpful to have a washer and dryer too! Kudos to Liz for being one of the best hosts we have ever had on VRBO. If we ever come back to Kauai we wouldn't hesitate to book this again!
