“Parking was very reduced, obtaining help was difficult, I reserved with Expedia so Hilton would not help, Expedia was not very helpful either. The sheets and pillow cases were stained. The water from the shower would leak to the carpet. We had a “no smoking” room but it did not matter because the smell of weed came through anyways. One of the Ladies in the kitchen was rude. I do have to say the older lady was very nice. The front desk ladies were also nice and did what they could to help. It was...

“Upgraded”

“We always stay here when in the. Metro area. It is consistently clean and comfortable. it is quiet, has good food and drinks and a great location.”

“While the room in general was fine, the air conditioner was very loud & whined; the coffee dispenser downstairs didn't work one of the days; no coffee cups were out one if the days; the water to the building was off one of the days from noon until almost 5 pm (the schedule we got upon check-in stated from noon to 3 pm); and only 1 ice machine worked for the entire hotel. While this may have been a fluke, it did not enhance our stay in any way.”

“The lady checking me in was not service minded at all. The ladies at the breakfast had us wait 20 minutes to order.”
