The beautiful Villa Ballat is located in Privlaka, just 20 km from Zadar. It is ready to open its doors and provide accommodation for a maximum of 8, and optimally 6 people. You will be comfortably accommodated in 3 bedrooms, each of which contains a double bed. An additional bed for two people will be served by a sofa bed in the living room. You can also use the en suite bathrooms with showers, and a washing machine and iron will be of great use.

The beautifully decorated and modern kitchen is equipped with everything that will help you prepare your favorite meals for the whole family. There is also a dining room with a dining table that has a direct view of the outdoor terrace. The living room will be an ideal place for evening gatherings with your favorite movies, and includes a sofa and TV.

For a complete experience and relaxation, a sauna and a massage chair will serve, and those who like to spend an active vacation can also use the gym.

The most beautiful place in the entire facility is certainly the beautiful terrace with a 32 m2 swimming pool with hydromassage. Next to the pool are sun loungers and a seating area with a table. Also, on the outdoor terrace there is an outdoor kitchen with a TV and a barbecue. There you can try out your culinary skills and prepare traditional Dalmatian dishes.
