Schönes Haus in ruhiger Umgebung

Perfektes Ferienhaus
Dieses Ferienhaus hat eigentlich mehr als 5 Sterne verdient. Es war genauso wie auf den Bildern und für uns perfekt. Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht ist dort völlig richtig, denn dieser Ort ist einfach himmlig.Die Gastgeberin Petra hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen , man fühlte sich sofort wohl. An einem Abend hat Sie uns mit einen kroatischem Abendessen verwöhnt, welches sensationell geschmeckt hat. Alles in allem war es einfach fantastisch und traumhaft schön. Ein ganz liebes Dankeschön auch an Petra, wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder 😀

Wundervoll
Wir haben zwei wundervolle Wochen in der wunderschönen Villa verbracht. 2 Regentage ließen sich durch das Gym hervorragend überbrücken. Der Pool ist traumhaft und Gastgeberin Petra ein Goldstück. Wir können die Villa uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Top Urlaub
Das Haus ist wie beschrieben. Oben alle Schlafzimmer klimatisiert, unten zentral Klima. Top! Der Sportplatz wurde noch um einen Basketballkorb und eine Tischtennisplatte erweitert. Petra spricht gut deutsch. Die wenigen fehlenden Worten haben wir dann auf Englisch gesprochen. Einen Abend wurden wir von Petra bekocht. Es war ein lustiger Abend bei leckerem Essen und Wein. Danke dafür!!!!!!!! Einmal in der Woche wird, nach vorheriger Absprache, der Pool gereinigt. Kommunikation war recht einfach per WhatsApp. Der Strand von Makarska ist ca.30 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Den Strand selber fanden wir sehr schmal und voll. Ansonsten das übliche am Strand. Viele Läden mit "heute billig, morgen teuer", Restaurants, Jetski, Wasserhüpfburgen usw. Nugal Beach waren wir leider nicht. Imotski selber hat den blauen und roten See. In den Seen kann man für eine Tagesgebühr von 5 Euro pro Erwachsener (2 Euro je Kind) schwimmen gehen. Allerdings gibt es keinen Schatten oder Möglichkeit von Sonnenschutz, da der See in einem Bergkrater liegt. Essen gehen war überhaupt kein Problem. Allerdings sollte man schon Englisch können. (am Strand konnten die Kellner sogar gebrochen deutsch). Empfehlen können wir in Imotski die Pizzeria Antonio, das Euphoria, Fabrizio 7 und Konoba Jokan. Lidl und Konzum gibt es in Imotski. 300m vom Haus ist ein kleiner Supermarkt (besserer Kiosk). Wäre es nicht soweit weg, würden wir öfters hinfahren Top Haus, Top Vermieterin, Top Urlaub !!!!!!!!!!

perfekter Urlaub
Danke liebe Petra :) Wir durften einen traumhaften Urlaub mit unseren Zwillingen verbringen. Das Haus ist wunderschön und ist vollständig ausgestattet, mit einem Kaffeevollautomaten, Mikrowelle, Gasherd, Waschmaschiene, Bad mit Whirlpool, uvm. Der Außenbereich ist liebevoll angelegt mit Blumen, Olivenbäumen und rotem Ahorn, der Salzwasserpool lässt Kinderherzen höher schlagen. Im Vergleich zu anderen Objekten ist er doppelt so groß, es gibt einen flacheren Bereich für Kleinkinder, und auch einen Bereich mit Massagedüsen, der perfekte Wasserspaß. das i-Tüpfelchen ist die Gastgeberin Petra Bei der Ankunft erwartete uns bereits frisches Brot und eine kalte Platte :) An einem Abend überaschte Sie uns mit einem traditionellen Abendessen, ebenso erfüllte Sie unsere Wünsche bei An,- und Abreisezeiten. Amazing
The villa and the garden are both so beautiful and has everything needed for your stay. The pool, badminton court, football, basketball and chess could keep you entertained all day, so much to do. The rooms were lovely and very comfortable. The heated pool is perfect, with a shallow section for smaller kids and mesmerising lights at night. Only a short drive to Imotski and the red and blue lakes and not far to Brela/Makarska. So many places to go and see. The best part of the stay is Petra, she is an amazing host, from the welcome on the first day, she is always on hand to answer any questions and nothing ever seems too much trouble. Great recommendations on places to eat/see. Thank you so much for everything you have done for us during our stay. Hope to be back soon!

Maison exceptionnelle, avec tout le confort d une villa de luxe.
C est une villa exceptionnelle, avec une hôte encore plus exceptionnelle, Pietra est une personne aux multiples qualités. Brilliant house - Pictures do not do it justice
We had a brilliant time. We were 2 families with children aged 9, 6, 6, 3, 3 and the property is extremely well suited. The pool is much bigger than it looks in the pictures and the outside play area is brilliant for children and in the shade. The house is located in a quiet area and you have plenty of space both inside and out. The outdoor barbecue is excellent and the upstairs new hydrobath is amazing and extremely large. Petra is the perfect host and so helpful. Nothing is too much trouble for her and her level of communication and speed of it is fantastic. She also prepares you a delicious traditional Croatian meal. I cannot highly recommend this property enough and I feel very lucky to have been able to stay there.

Fantastic house - large pool and beautiful garden!
We were a family of four people (two adults, a 16 year old and a 12 year old) who booked the house for a week. Petra was the perfect host, presenting the house and making us feel very welcome. The house is beautiful and modern, spacious and has a large pool. Aircondition in three of the four bedrooms. We loved our stay! A car is necessary to move around, as the location is a bit away from the centers. We had a car to take us to the nearest town (Imotski) and to Makarska for additional shopping. We´ll definitely consider this house again if we return to Croatia.

Just perfect
Everything was perfect .. Petra is just an exceptional host , listening to her customers and full of little attentions. It's like being received by family .. always available and with good advice. The house is located in the middle of mountains but at only 30 min of the most beautiful beach of croatia. Super freundliche Gastgeberin, die zu jeder Zeit zu erreichen ist und einem trotzdem seinen kompletten Freiraum lässt! Wunderschönes Haus, das wirklich mit Allem ausgestattet ist, was man brauchen könnte! Insbesondere der Außenbereich ist ein Highlight :) Man sollte allerdings beachten, dass es nur eine Dusche im Haus gibt. Ansonsten sind wir sehr begeistert und hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt! :)

Traumhaftes Haus und Erholung pur
Das Haus hält was es auf den Bildern verspricht und ist wunderschön. Die Lager ist sehr schön in einem Weinanbaugebiet gelegen und sehr ruhig. Alle nötigen Geschäfte sind schnell zu erreichen. Die Sauberkeit ist super gewesen und sehr viel Zubehör vorhanden. Unsere Gastgeberin Petra war super nett und hat uns mit regionalen Früchten begrüßt. Wir können diesen Gastgeber und das Haus nur empfehlen, es war alles außerordentlich gut.

Wir ( sieben Personen ) haben 14 Tage in wunderschöner , Ruhiger Umgebung verbracht. Das Haus bzw das große Grundstück mit dem Pool hat alles was das Herz für den Urlaub begehrt. Das Haus war sehr sauber und war genauso ausgestattet wie es in der Beschreibung angegeben war. Petra (Vermieterin)ist sehr freundlich und kommunikativ. Einfach ein wirklich gelungener Urlaub. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Rundum wunderschöne Ferienvilla
Wir waren mit einer anderen Familie dort mit Kindern im Alter zwischen 2 und 8 Jahren. Dieses Haus ist einfach eine Perle. Das Haus war tippi toppi sauber, was mir das oberste Ziel ist. Der Pool war nicht nur wunderschön, sogar sehr durchdacht mit schönen abgerundeten Treppen mit Kleinkindbereich und Massagedüsen auf der anderen Seite. Abends ist die wechselnde Poolbeleuchtung einfach der Hit. Der Garten ist hervorragend gepflegt, der Spielplatz den ganzen Tag im Schatten, Schläger und Bälle für den Sportplatz sind vorhanden. Eine sehr schöne Atmosphäre um am Abend gemeinsam zu essen mit dem Feuer im Grillhäuschen. Und innen ist genügend Platz im Wohn- und Essbereich. Und das Sahnehäubchen ist die Gastgeberin Petra. Sie hat uns mit Snacks und Getränken empfangen, alles rund ums Haus erläutert, z.B. den automatischen Eiswürfelbereiter. Sie war jederzeit kurzfristig erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Einfach ein rundum gelungener Urlaub! Supermärkte sind schnell mit dem Auto erreichbar, es gibt 8km entfernt einen Lidl in Imotski. Nach Baška Voda sind es ca. 30 Minuten.

Das Haus entspricht genau der Beschreibung und ist in einem absolut gepflegten Zustand. Die Sauberkeit ist auf höchstem Niveau, die Einrichtung tadellos. Das Highlight ist natürlich der Garten samt Pool. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war einwandfrei, auf Fragen hatte Sie immer eine Antwort und als der Backofen nicht funktionierte war nach 10 Minuten ein Techniker da. Wir würden diese Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen und können Sie mit bestem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

Ein Traum von Haus

Empfangen wurden wir von der unglaublich sympathischen Gastgeberin Petra mit einigen einheimischen Leckereien :-) Das Anwesen und das Haus sind super gepflegt, unglaublich schön und mit dem beheizten rießigen Pool fühlt man sich wie ein Hollywoodstar! An einem Abend wurden wir sehr lecker von Ihr bekocht. Sie hilft wo Sie kann und wir haben uns einfach nur extrem wohl gefühlt. Wir wären gerne noch einige Tage länger geblieben... Ein Ferienhaus der Extraklasse !!! In vielen Ferienhaus - Urlauben haben wir noch nie einen solchen TOP POOL vorgefunden. Die ganze Anlage blitzsauber. Der Garten traumhaft angelegt. Milch, Saft, Wein, Bier, Brot und eine Schinken - Käse - Platte bei Ankunft im Kühlschrank. Holzkohle und Anzünder waren ebenfalls vorhanden. An einem von uns festgelegten Tag wurden wir sogar bekocht, und das sogar extremst lecker....Dinge die wir so noch nie erlebt hatten. Alles in allem ein Traumurlaub, auch dank dem Wetter das Ende September noch richtig gut war. Ein großes und herzliches DANKESCHÖN an Petra die sich so richtig ins Zeug gelegt hat, mit einer Freundlichkeit die nicht aufgesetzt oder gespielt war, sondern von Herzen kam. Und ein extra Danke für Deine Hilfe am Abreisetag liebe Petra !!!

Ein toller Urlaub!
Wunderschöne Villa umgeben von Weinreben mit einem großartigen Pool (inkl. Massagedüsen und farbiger Beleuchtung) und einen schönen Garten, inklusive Mehrzweckplatz (Volleyball, Fußball, Federball), Spielgeräte vorhanden. Den vorhandenen Grill haben wir oft genutzt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten bei Lidl und Konzum in 10 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Bei Ankunft sind wir herzlich von Petra empfangen worden. Sie war jederzeit für uns mit Rat und Tat erreichbar und hat uns ein wirklich schmackhaftes original Kroatisches Gericht zum Abendessen serviert. Great villa. Best private pool of any villa we have stayed in. Petra is really helpful, responsive and helpful and she brought us a lovely meal one evening. Villa is remote but that suited us just fine - and only 30 mins to the beach if that’s what you want to do! Really enjoyed our stay.

Home away from home
The week we rented we had really bad weather, only 2 days of sun and a lot of rain. BUT the villa was really like being home, flowers, nice rooms, great outdoor, kitchen and amazing pool. We were 8 adults and 4 kids and though the weather was bad the kids jumped in the pool, played in the garden and on the tennis court, so much to do. Although the location is far and a bit off, we went to Makarska in about 30 minuter, Split 45 minutes. So can is relly needed. Last but not least, our host Petra... we could´nt be more satisfied with her ! The most warm and welcoming person, answered all our questions, always helpful and kind. The very best you can have when renting a villa ! We highly recommend anyone that wants a nice and quiet place to relax, or just to have fun, to book this villa. What a wonderful villa. Perfect for 9 of us
Petra was so lovely , from when we booked 12 months ago. She was helpful with hire cars, all the questions I had she answered for me ! When we arrived Petra met us and made us feel very welcome. She left us some bits and bobs for our arrival for a snacks. All local produce. The villa was absolutely spotless!! Through out our stay peta was only a phonecall away. She advised of places to visit , eat and where all the local shops were etc. The garden was stunning , the pool was impeccably clean. Petra made us a beautiful Croatian meal for all of us which was outstanding! I would highly recommend the villa. The kids loved it. We will be booking again ! Modern , clean and stunning with he mountains around the villa. Many thanks Petra !! Hopefully see you again soon

Supert hus med stort flott basseng og en nydelig hage.
Hele familien med barn og barnebarn storkosa seg i dette luksushuset. Flott stort basseng og en egen fotballbane til glede for store og små. Nybakte brød fra bakeren rett over gata hver morgen. En stor takk til Petra Sucur som eide huset. Trivelig dame som gjorde alt for at vi skulle trives. Anbefales.

A Fairytale From Begining To End
The villa was beautiful, in a wonderful location spotlessly clean up to date equipment right down to a ice making machine,heated pool you could swim in all night we did not wish to leave it even for a day we did to go to Krka and Markasala but returned as quick as we could but this was not the best thing about staying at Villa Petra. It was magical, turn left in Baska Voda towards Imotski and you are faced with a giant mountain in front of you suddenly a tunnel appears just like the opening in the pied piper of hamilin movie where the pied piper led the children. fields of scarlet poppies are revealed before you just like the ones close to the Emerald City in the wizard of oz , Lilac perfume wafts through open windows from fields of lilac close by. Swifts,swallows and golden winged butterflies swoop to sip water from the heated swimming pool the garden waters itself at 5 am every morning. In the course of 2 weeks roses turn from yellow to red. I have never seen a place so magical or felt so alive as i was at villa Petra. if you stand on the balconey at sunrise you can hear Peter Pan crowing in the distance and the lost boys answering him. Twenty yards away Is a bakery selling the finest bread in croatia if you turn right the finest vineyard. Food fit for a echo warrior in close proximity. Then there is the host a beautiful Enchantress called Petra who seems to glide effortlessly through out your stay performing feats of magic. I like cherry brandy 2 bottles appeared in the fridge. I like Cherries a field of cherries appear to rear of the villa.I am not a writer i do not have the words to say how wonderful this villa this location this host is. All i can say is thank you for the magical wonderful holiday i had with my wife son daughter in law and grandchildren thank you Petra i now truly believe in fairytales. ps as i went through omis on way back to split airport i saw a billboard pirates friday nights

Beautiful Property
Just come back from a week staying at this beautiful villa. The standard of accommodation and quality of finish were all of a very high standard and kept immaculately. With two boys 10 and 12 we could not ask for anymore, swimming pool, football pitch / tennis court, table tennis,gymnasium, internet and satellite TV. All equipment, footballs, rackets etc provided. They were kept occupied all week and probably would have been happy if we stayed in the villa all week. Swimming pool certainly a hit particularly at night with the pool lighting, quite a large pool, big enough for proper swimming and a good depth but with a shallower area for toddlers. Petra was wonderful, homemade cheese and ham platter with a bottle of local wine on arrival and thoughtfully bottle of milk and a few other essentials including barbecue charcoal. She cooked for us on one night a local dish which added to the warm personal touch that she has with her guests and a genuine desire to see that they are happy and enjoying the stay. Rural location but easy access into imotski for supermarkets, Lidl, etc about 30 minutes to the coast, car essential but generally driving around the area pretty easy.
