â7 units on 1 floor of the building. First class operation. Heavy Suite was large, comfortable and clean. Free parking (next door) is easy & secure. Appears to be recent remodel. Angie at front desk was wonderful. Great location with good dining in walking distance. Felt safe walking in the area. Absolutely 100% satisfied with experience. â

âThis was my second visit in six weeks. We wanted on son to experience the house and Birmingham. As my previous experience, it was lovely and we enjoyed the bird house room more. The bird house truly suits a family and my husband and son enjoyed having a TV in the room. I'm also happy to see some of my previous suggestions were implemented in just a couple of weeks. My best experience is still the other guests as well as the house. I will be back but it will not be so soon đđ.â
âWe stayed in the Turret room and it was so cool! Two king-sized beds that were super comfy. The bed in the turret room was semi-private and the other one had a view of a tv. The bathroom was clean and nice. (But FYI there's a window to the room and you can see the person using the toilet from the room) It was nice to have access to the downstairs kitchen. âThis property was the most nasty place i have ever been, there was blood on the floor on the walls. Blood on the outside of the property. It was in an unsafe area they were shooting. Rats were under the stove. I would not let my dog sleep there. When we called and complained they did nothing so we did not stay we left. It was shameful. The property manager was rude and disrespectful. This home is not safe!!!!!â
