“The room was great. This isn't like a normal hotel... it is some suites that are in an office building. Checkin was done at the security office and you have access to the club on floor 20. No complaints at all, a very nice place and great facilities, but if you are expecting a normal hotel with restaurants and people everywhere, this isn't like that.”

The staff was friendly and the bartender stayed a little later to make sure we could get a nightcap. The only negatives were the toilet was dirty and half of our outlets didn't work. Aside from that, I enjoyed my stay and will stay again.”

“I stay at the Hotel Indigo in Five Points often and it's always a pleasant experience. The staff is helpful, the rooms are clean and cozy, and the area has a lot to offer. The only negative from this trip was that none of the ice makers on any of the floors were working, so I had to get ice from the bar. After jumping multiple floors (the elevator automatically returns to the lobby once you exit), what should've been a quick errand turned into 15 minutes just to get ice. It didn't deter my trip...
