“Vi fick ett minirum, kallat studio fem trappor upp utan hiss, 135 trappsteg. Värdinnan var mycket trevlig och tillmötesgående. Frukosten utmärkt. Huset är ritat av en av Frankrikes mest berömda arkitekter under 1800-talet. Atmosfären är fantastisk.”

“Lite avsides, bil behövs. Lugnt och privat B&B med tillgång till kök och kylskåp vilket uppskattades för att kyla vatten med mera. Vi köpte en kväll med oss pizza och åt på den mysiga terassen. Enkel frukost utan frukt och pålägg såsom ost. Trevlig trädgård och poolhus. Fri parkering, endast fläkt på rummet, sköna sängar. Viktigt att tänka på att värden inte talar engelska men gick bra ändå. ”

“It’s a hidden gem, one of a kind garden hotel in Avignon. I think it’s a better option than La Mirande if you prefer privacy and a tranquil feeling. Others might find service is a bit scarce but I think it’s just the right amount. ”

“What a gem of a hotel, in the heart of where all the restaurants and shops are literally by the harbour. The receptionist was so friendly, helped us with the parking you couldn’t ask for more. The room was spotless, perfect for an overnight stay. ”

“The bed and breakfast was fabulously located in the shadow of the palace, near parking and the best restaurants in town. But by far the highlight of our stay was the impeccable hospitality of Sandrine, our host, who attended to our every need. Her genuine warmth was on desplay at all times. She even walked me to a parking kiosk 10 minutes away to assure i wouldnt be overcharged. When she broke her toe, she carried on serving us breakfast and her enthusiasm never waivered. ”
