Amazing Waterfront Villa

Adam & Eve Villa is nestled close enough to all the activities, beaches, restaurants, and shopping of Grace Bay yet far away enough to enjoy the privacy and relaxation of our beautiful island. This Villa is located directly on the Water! Swim, snorkel or sail away to the beautiful turquoise waters of the TCI. The Villa is very spacious, boasting 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, 2 half bath and an outdoor shower and pool restroom.

Adam & Eve Villa offers everything you need for a wonderful vacation, a fully stocked gourmet kitchen and well-appointed bedrooms, 50ft curved edge pool, swim up bar, outdoor BBQ Grill, boat dock, plush sun loungers and beautiful interiors.

The Villa is situated on the peaceful canal of Leeward, a minute drive to Leeward Marina and a 4 minute drive to Grace Bay where you will find a selection of restaurants, bars and shopping.

House was amazing and the property landscaping was beautiful. You really felt secluded when you were outside. Owners and their team were easy to reach, assist with anything and showed us around the property when we arrived.Kitchen was well equipped as we ate breakfast, some lunches and dinners at the house. Second refrigerator by the laundry room was great to store additional drinks in as well. Grill was handy and a nice table outside to eat lunch and dinners.Pool and hot tub were great. It was nice to have the hot tub as many properties do not have one. The beach and restaurants at Grace Bay were a very short drive and parking was plentiful.Hung out on the dock a lot, my son fished and caught grouper, snapper and what looked like a puffer fish. There were two baby turtles who hung out in the inlet by the dock a lot that were fun to watch. All enjoyed the kayaks and jumping off the dock to swim.We had two excursions booked at the nearby marina that picked us up at the house and dock with Jet Skis one day and a wake surfing boat another day. Highly recommend stopping at Noah's Ark on your jet ski tour.We had a really relaxing good time at the house for spring break. Thank you!

Vacation of a life time

Have stayed at several rental properties throughout the years with our children and grand children and this by far suited our family best. The property was exactly as described. Its location was not far from both beach access, dining and shopping. We felt like we were at our own resort. The hosts for the property were very generous and accommodating given some travel hiccups. We would definitely stay at this property again in the future. Very clean and well maintained.

Excellent stay in Turks!

We loved everything about this property. We were two families, each with 12 and 14 year olds. The location was great, the house was immaculate and well appointed. We all loved the pool, the outdoor cooking area, the canal and the kayaks! Definitely recommend.

Fabulous, FABULOUS!

I booked this home back in January to take up to 10 of my long time friends for a milestone birthday trip - & it not only was but this property is what directly contributed to that experience beyond the special time with these people. Property management, cleaning staff, recommendations of taxi services or help around the island, all top notch. Property owners also very kind and responsive. We thoroughly enjoyed and are already discussing coming back next year. For areas I marked 4 stars as opposed to 5 this is tied to small personal preferences such as even quicker location/walk to beach - but very short drive, easy and we loved both Sunset and Pelican Beach, and to have a few things like bikes updated as one broke while riding to beach and hot tub jets during visit were not strong/working right, 2 beach chairs broken and beach umbrella's old/not workable. Simple things to ensure amenities utilized are as top notch as the property itself and people!! Thank you for everything, so memorable.

Wonderful Vacation Villa

Our extended family of 10 (from 16 to 82) enjoyed an amazing week at this beautiful villa. After a short ride from the airport, we were greeted upon arrival and offered a personal tour of the villa by our hostess. Our first impression told us we made a great choice, as we began to settle into this relaxing space. The home is well-appointed, both inside and out. Beautiful gardens offer privacy from neighbors and the canal. The pool and deck are perfect with lots of seating in and out of the pool. Being situated right on the canal afforded us additional opportunities to kayak (four 2-seater kayaks provided) and float/swim right off the dock, including an opportunity for up close and personal swim with a magnificent sea turtle. One understated benefit was having a shower in each of the bedrooms. The house manager was quite responsive, and in regular contact with us, offering multiple suggestions for dining, massages and excursions.

Turks and Caicos

This was our 1st trip to Turks and Caicos and it was amazing! My husband and I traveled with our 4 kids and 2 of their friends aging 18-26! Miss Lynn met us at the house upon arrival telling us all we needed to know about the property and although we only had to call Chris a couple times during the visit he was extremely responsive to our requests! We have stayed at many VRBOs in the past and this house and property is actually better than the pics! Convenient location with lots of extras! We absolutely loved our stay! We rented a car for the 8 of us and it was such an easy drive to Grace Bay and all the activities we planned! Would return tomorrow if we could!!!

Beautiful villa, has everything you need. Property manager was always available. Great location. We rented a car and everywhere we went was a 5-20 minute drive. Very close to Grace Bay Area, the pool was wonderful and we had a great time on the kayaks. Would highly recommend this property.

Better than expected!

We had an amazing time staying at the Adam and Eve villa. Orkhid (assistant property manager) was very responsive to any questions we had. The house's layout, location and amenities were perfect for our family. The pool and deck area were so inviting that we spent a few days just enjoying our privacy and family time at the house. The canal was perfect for a few morning kayak trips, although we weren't adventurous enough to try to cross over to the mangroves. We rented a car, so the entire island was accessible and the house was so conveniently located to quickly get to restaurants in the Grace Bay area. We had some amazing meals at Hemmingway's, Indigo, Seven, Bay Bistro and Bella Luna, as well as treats from Turkberry and Crest and Berry. We will definitely look to stay here again on any future trip to Turks! Thank you Chris and Sarah!

Retirement party made just perfect

We rented this property for five weeks with friends and family, and the home was exactly as described. Kayaks ended up being the most used (well, next to the pool, hot tub and bar); the home location is just a 40-minute paddle to the Mangroves, which is a popular kayak destination on the island. Depending on your skill level, there is lots to do and many places to explore. Sunset Beach was a short drive of 5 minutes; you could walk or bike. We enjoyed going out at the end of the day with a few bottles of wine, beach chairs supplied at the house and toasting many a sunset. We saw lots of security around at night in cars and at gates, so we felt very safe and never had any security issues the entire five weeks. The pool was regularly maintained, housekeeping was available on request, but more importantly, every time we had a question, the manager's response was quick and effective. If you're looking to get away with four couples eight adults, it’s a perfect getaway. We rented a car and found getting around very easy, and it provided us access to anything we wanted to do. All of us who shared this home agree it was a wonderful home in a great area on the island; we will do it again!

This property was beautiful and accurate compared to the pictures. You honestly didn't need to leave the villa to enjoy yourselves. Ample space, beautiful foliage, beautiful pool, and just an overall amazing experience. The customer service was topnotch! Orkhid and the woman that met us on check in were attentive and very pleasant. Will definitely be back!

Paradise!

Beautiful villa with LOTS of amenities! Enjoyed the ping pong, kayaks, and putting green. Lovely, large pool and close to beaches. We all loved it! Highly recommend this property!
