Incredible!
The accommodations were perfect. The location was quiet, safe and within walking distance of restaurants, shops and beach. The pool and property were nicely maintained. The property manager Fay was attentive and quick to help in anyway she could.

Perfect property!
This was my first visit to provo and my first time using Vrbo, after some of the nightmare stories you read online I was a little nervous the listing wouldn’t live up to the online photos/write up - I had absolutely nothing to worry about! Fay is the perfect host, even after a mix up (on my part) about an early check-in, it was very quickly sorted. The property is immaculate and is in the perfect location, being only a 10 minute walk to beach access and also a 10-15 minute walk to the main grace bay strip. We spent long days out and about seeing everything there was to see in provo and it was great to be able to come back to the villa and have a dip in the pool to cool down! Fay was also great and very accommodating with us having a late check-out due to an evening flight on departure. 100% would recommend this place to everyone!

Great spot!
We’ve stayed in a few different places in TCI over the years but didn’t rent a car this time - the Josy Villa worked out perfectly! Short walk to everything ( although we did hire a cab once for a large load of groceries) including the beach. Check-in was easy, beds were comfy, lots of towels for shower and beach and the pool was a perfect temp. We were there for two weeks and encountered three different groups of tenants in the other side and would have never known except for saying hi in passing outside. Very quiet and quite private. Thank you Fay and we hope to be back again soon!

Walking distance to Grace Bay Beach and restaurants/ shops.
The property was safe and enjoyable for our family of 5. Two people to each bedroom and our college aged son on the living room pullout. We appreciated having a kitchen to eat meals in and splurged in the evenings for dinner out. Loved our 4 hour eco-kayak tour with Big Blue Collection. We were glad to rent an SUV car ($1,000 through Hertz for the week) to explore the island. Fay was responsive, welcoming and personable at check in and check out and dropped off a 5th towel and pillow for our 5th family member. The island is expensive but this centrally located rental is a great value and made it possible for our family to enjoy this island getaway during peak season.

Very responsive host
Location was close to everything, I’m glad the host recommended a car though(was sub 40$ with insurance per day), it would of been a little to hot to walk as it’s summer time. Host is very responsive and helpful, which is extremely useful when visiting a new place. We look forward to coming back and booking both units with a group of people. It’s a great spot, just far enough away from the noise, but close enough if you want to partake.

You'll love it!
We had such a fun time staying at this villa. The location was ideal – near excellent swimming beaches in Grace Bay and the best dining venues, yet on a quiet road. The house was quite spacious with an open floor plan and cathedral ceilings that gave it great character. The floor fan was so powerful that we often didn’t use the A/C, but the A/C worked perfectly when in use. Additionally, there were ceiling fans in every room. The kitchen was equipped to prepare meals at home for a change of pace from dining at delicious local venues. The back deck was very invitiing and the pool quite persuasive as we swam every evening after a long day in salty water. You couldn’t ask for a more attentive host. Fay is authentic, delightful and eager to please her guests. She was always quick to respond to any concerns or questions that we had. We had a great snorkeling trip with Big Blue Collective, and we recommend the nearby Caicos Café Plaza with the French bakery and Atelis jewelry/gift shop. We also recommend Sibonnet Restaurant, Pelican Bay Restaurant happy hour, and the local Thursday night fish fry.

Relaxing!!
We had a little trouble finding it, but once we were there it was pure heaven. Fay was an excellent host. We took this trip to relax & it was our first time to Turks & Caicos, I can tell you it will not be our last. My husband who normally will not go to the beach, could not get enough of Grace Bay Beach. I could not get him out of the water!!!

Let's start with the shocking check in notice in CAPTIAL LETTERS the statement that if you use too much power from airconditioning or too much water you will be charged. There was no meter reading at check in so how would this be quantified. There also was no mention of this in the description The villa okay in terms of accomadations...kitchen could use a good scrub down. We had to ask for garbage bags.

Dear Heather , Firstly , I am truly sorry if your experience at our home wasn’t up to your expectation. We work truly hard to do our best at making our guests stay as enjoyable and comfortable as possible. It seems as though there was a misunderstanding somewhere , no where do we tell our guests that they will be charged for their AC . We are under new administration and it is possible that this message was from the previous owners listing . Is it my only guess. All that is asked from our guests is to be environmentally conscious and to please turn ACs off when, doors are open / whenever you are out of the property & when it is time for their departure. ( which was all said when we met in person during the greeting I had with Heather) I am always open to critics as it is important in order to provide a better service . In this case I think it is important to also share my truth, and so. Heather did call me for garbage bags which I rushed to go buy for her and bring to the villa . I was always responsive and came very quickly. When I arrived I took the garbages out for her , noticing that the garbage bags were located at the bottom of the garbage . Heather even thanked me for taking the garbages out for her . . Making this review a little confusing for me . To rectify , The cleaning ladies were made aware to leave the garbage bags under the sink from now on so that this situation doesn’t happen again in the future . As for the kitchen needing a scrubbing , for future guests I would like to mention that I am very responsive and live a couple minutes away from the villa. If the cleaning isn’t up to standards, it would be my pleasure to send the crew back in for a more in depth cleaning . I believe communication is key and I always do my best to make sure my guests are happy .

Great home and location in Grace Bay
We absolutely enjoyed our first trip to TCI and staying at this villa was the perfect location and match for us. Spacious two bedroom/baths accommodated four adults perfectly. Location was perfect to visit restaurants, market, and ferry dock conveniently. We also enjoyed having a kitchen to enjoy meals “at home”. The host was also amazing and very responsive to our questions and needs. Would definitely return on our next visit.

Wonderful experience!
The house is very well appointed and in a prime location. Fay, the host was very communicative and helpful throughout our stay and even helped us with weather related delays that required us to stay longer. Fay’s art is really beautiful and we are fortunate to be able to take a piece home. Being our first time in the island, we could have not picked a better place. I highly recommend it and will not hesitate to book it again!

An amazing gem in Turks and Caicos
We had a wonderful time and loved our week in this lovely 2 bedroom home, with a well stocked kitchen, plenty of space, barbecue and pool. We had the privacy we wanted, and were an easy 10-15 minute walk from beach, shops, restaurants and clubs. Fay is an excellent host and does an outstanding job promptly answering questions, making you feel welcome, and suggesting activities or places to enjoy during your stay!! Plus, each room has original art work that brings in the beauty of the country and it’s beaches. I highly recommend!!

Family friendly
This rental was perfect for us we had never been to Turks before. The island is beautiful. We travel a good bit and this rental exceeded hour exceeded our expectations. We are failrly self sufficient travelers who cook most of our own meals. When we did need something the host was quite receptive. Fany was great!! We did rent a car and felt the location was perfect for us. We would definitely come back here! The rental itself was well stocked with supplies and was comfortable. We enjoyed the pool, it was refreshing and lovely. This is not the Ritz Carlton and we didn't expect it to be. it us a very clean, convenient and comfy villa.

The Villa and management met our expectations in all aspects, except the swimming pool. The swimming pool requires cleaning and better water filtering. The communication with the manager was exceptional. The villa was cleaned and air-conditioned. The villa parking was secured. Other security measures were adequate. We got all appliances in working conditions. We liked the place.

Great house, with great amenities, in a great location.
We arrived a little early and Fay was there and greeted us with no issue of us arriving early. The house has towels, chairs and umbrellas for the beach that is a little more than a 10 minute walk away. We also spent a lot of time in the pool, which was a great size and had good seating around it. We cooked most meals in the kitchen and used the pots, pans, plates, etc. We went to a wedding one night and for a small fee Fay drive us there and back. Which was very appreciated because taxis can be an issue to find at all, but also hard to find for a reasonable price. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and if we go back to the island will definitely stay there again!!!

Great home away from home
This villa is located in Grace Bay and is walking distance to some of the best food on the island. The property has an a/c unit in each bedroom and the main living area which helped to keep us cool on the hot days. The pool also did the trick and created a calm atmosphere to have afternoon drinks around. The owners were very helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had. We look forward to staying here again on our next trip to Providenciales and highly recommend Josy's Villa.

Contrairement à l'annonce qui mentionne un "quartier calme", des travaux extérieurs de construction démarrent chaque matin à 7 heures (marteaux piqueurs, disqueuses, ouvriers...) nous empêchant de dormir, de profiter de la piscine (les ouvriers ont vu sur la piscine) et de l'aménagement extérieur toute la journée, impossible d'ouvrir une fenêtre... L'hote est au courant de ces travaux mais ne mentionne ca nulle part, et nous avons tenté d'engager une entente a l'amiable avec elle, en vain... La construction est un immeuble de trois étages, et ce n'est que le début, Nous espérons que les prochains visiteurs seront au minimum avisés.

Nice home in great location
The house was great for what we needed, in particular, it had a great location and enough space for 4. We didn't end up meeting the owners/managers, but that seems to be an anomaly because all the other reviews mention how personal the communication was. In the end, we had a lovely stay, and we enjoyed the space and the flexibility around checking in and out. Nothing is cheap in Grace Bay, but this home ended up feeling like a great deal. Great location, comfy place.
The location and all the description is accurate accept for the bed sizes. Online it says it's queen but they're full size beds, which are slightly smaller than queen. The place was clean, when we had an issue or concerns the owner was quick to get help, if you inform her. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again if I were to go back to Turks and Caicos.

The location worked well for us-- you definitely need a car, however. The house is as pictured. Plenty of room for my family of 4. Two full (shower) bathrooms is nice! It does need a few minor repairs (loose handle on refrigerator, dishwasher rack is rusting, broken pool tiles, etc) but these are easy fixes. We only saw 2 bikes, so we didn't try these out. Not a lot of closet (hanging) space so the clothes rack was very helpful. Pool towels and cooler also came in handy. Josee checked in on us via text and was responsive to all my needs and questions. When I asked, Josee suggested we drink bottled water. A helpful clerk in the grocery store suggested we refill a gallon jug at the purified water station (next to Grace Bay Pharmacy on Allegro Rd). We were happy with the villa had a nice time on the island!

Close to Grace Bay
There was some confusion about how to get the keys when we arrived. We contacted two people that were given to us as points of contact, and neither of them have worked for the property for quite some time. The bike lock would not unlock, so we were unable to use the bikes that were suppose to be provided. There were several chipped tiles outside by the pool, and our younger son cut one of his toes pretty badly on one of the tiles. The house itself was nice and we had what we needed. The location was convenient as well. It was just disappointing not everything went smoothly

Quiet Neighborhood - Nice Pool
This two bedroom villa was in a very quiet neighborhood and walking distance to Coco Bistro / Coco Van. The bikes were a plus as we could use them to get to the beach about 8min - 3 by car and shopping within 2 miles. The villa was clean and had a nice relaxing pool. We did run into 1 problem with the AC, I contacted the owner and Sylvain, they had someone come out within 10min! Junior was great fixed the problem in 2min and gave me some great places for happy hour. Note: there is another attached villa that you share a pool and outdoor space with. We were lucky that no one else had rented out the other section. Would recommend the villa.

Great House and Perfect Location
This house felt like our home away from home during our stay! My daughter is 2.5 years old and the pool was just perfect for her. We even made use of the grill to bbq a few nights. Also this house is perfectly located close to all of the restaurants (Coco Bistro is excellent!), shops, casino, and the famous Grace Bay Beach. I would definitely stay here again the next time that we come to Providenciales!

First of all, let me confirm that you need a car . It is a must! Once you have that, all the island is yours. We went to a different beach everyday. Josee's place was nice and confy. Everything was perfect. It was clean except we found a pile of hair in the master bedroom corner. Some wine glasses had lips mark on them. Beside that, Nothing to complain. Pool was clean, A/C was working A1. All kitchen ustensiles are there plus you have some basic spices. Would we recommend this place? For sure, yes!

Great Location and beautiful
I highly would recommend this villa. We were welcomed by fresh flowers and a map for us to get acquainted with the great location. The 2 bedroom and 2 bath was a great setup for my sisters, friend and me. The bicycles were great to ride up to the grocery store (baskets on the front were very helpful) or to ride tot he beach. First TCI vacay
This was the perfect place for our first time visiting the islands! Plenty of room for our family of five! It is off the beaten path a bit but was quiet and just a short little drive to everything you need or want to do! Kitchen had everything we needed to eat quite a few meals there! There were no paper towels and the beach items for use weren’t in best condition but we made do. Washing machine is tricky to work but once we found the trick it served its purpose. The pool was a great place to unwind after long days in the sand and our game playing family loved the screened in back porch area. Our only complaint was when we were packing up and making a final run through, we found a pair of swim shorts under the bed that weren’t ours. That grossed me out a bit wondering how well it had been cleaned before we got there but everything else was good! Josee was sweet enough to email and check on us mid week. I was quite impressed with this villa for our first time. Thanks Josee!

This is a great place for two couples with the two separate ensuites. Was a little difficult to find, but once we got there everything was great. Well stocked. Pool deck furniture is a bit rough, and somewhat concerned about the electrical outlet right next to the pool, but other than that it was a great stay!

Josee villa. Comfortable,clean and safe!
We had a wonderful time here. Found the villa to be clean and comfortable for two couples here for a month. It was well lit at night taking away any safety concerns. The pool was amazing especially at the end of the day. Being here for a month we cooked home a lot. Kitchen was very functional. The grill was about worn out and lacked propane but we managed really well. Poolside chairs were nice. Asked Junior for an umbrella for the heat of the afternoon but to no avail. Found Josee to be very prompt if we had a question. We would recommend Josee villa whole heartedly. It was a great place to come home after a day at the beach. Thanks a Josee !

Wonderful location and hosts!!
My family and I stayed at Josee's place for two weeks at the beginning of February 2018. Making the booking was super easy as Josee is very easy to contact and make arrangements with. She literally gets back to you in minutes! The place is located very close to Grace Bay Beach with access all along the strip. It's location is in a dead end (only one way in and out) neighbourhood that has many homes, many of which are rentals, and is definitely in a very safe portion of the Island. We had no concerns renting a villa vs staying in a resort. It is super safe. The villa is well equipped with snorkelling gear, cooler, beach chairs, towels, bikes, BBQ, etc. We prepared most of our meals at the villa and used the BBQ most nights. The pool is very nice to have. We spent mornings having coffee poolside, the day at the beach and then back in the evenings to cool off prior to dinner. We also spent several days just lounging around the pool and enjoying the peacefulness of the villa and the weather on TCI. Recommend using the app "Windy" to monitor wind and weather as we found it to be most accurate. The villa manager, Junior, was extremely helpful. He was always in the area in case we needed anything and provided tons of ideas on things to do like the Thursday Fish Fry which is a must when visiting the Island. He is super friendly. A car is recommended to take in the many beaches on the island, get groceries, and visit the sites and scenes. Da Conch Shack and Bugaloos were great beach front restaurants to have great local meals with your toes in the sand. You won't find a Starbucks or a Wendys on the Island thank goodness! Overall, my family and I would recommend this fantastic villa. We had an amazing vacation thanks to Josee and Junior who are very accommodating and wonderful hosts. We will not hesitate to stay there again.

Beautiful home perfect for a small group/family

Awesome two weeks away!
Josy Villa was great, everything we needed! Fay was helpful and a phone call away if anything came up. Such a sweetheart! Villa was stocked with essentials, and having beach chairs/umbrellas/coolers was an added bonus. Location was perfect. Thank you for renting to us, we will be back.

Very Good property close to Grace Bay beach
The property is very well equipped with everything you need to cook , relax and enjoy your stay . We had a small issue that was related to the AC that stops working for the last 3 days of our stay . Other than that we enjoy the patio , the living room and all the other facilities . Thanks Josy for your hospitality .
