The Space:
"The Gazebo" in Grace Bay is a charming 28 sqm (310 sq ft) cottage, ideal for solo travelers, couples, and especially honeymooners seeking a relaxed tropical escape in Turks and Caicos. Whether you’re drawn to adventure or simply looking to slow down and reconnect with nature, this cozy retreat offers a peaceful balance of comfort and island life.
Located in an upscale residential neighborhood, the setting feels authentic and lived-in—you may hear dogs in the distance, see children playing, and spot birds, butterflies, and geckos moving through the garden. A friendly resident cat may even stop by. It’s a great choice for guests who want to step away from busy resort areas and experience the island in a more local, laid-back environment. The cottage blends modern comfort with rustic touches, including warm plank wood floors.

The Cottage

Guest Access:
You’ll have full, exclusive access to the cottage. The owners of the property live just steps away from the cottage. They are available to provide assistance/information as required but are otherwise respectful of your privacy.

Getting Around:
The property is approximately 11.4 km | 7 mi from Providenciales International Airport (PLS).
Guests have free parking on the premises in the event you are renting a car, which is highly recommended, especially if you like to get out and explore and want to see more of the gorgeous island of Providenciales. A car is optimal as there is no organized public transportation on the islands. We suggest Swift or Hertz as two good rental car company options.

There is no daily housekeeping but if you’d like the place cleaned, that can be arranged for an additional fee. Just let us know in advance so we can set it up for you. If you need or would like to do laundry, let us know, we can help you out there too.
Please note that all perishable food items are removed after each guest checks out. Some coffee grounds are provided to help get you started. But if you intend to cook at home, you'll need to pick up the items you'll need.
We provide some home/bath essentials to make you feel more at home when you arrive, like paper towels, toilet paper, soap, shampoo, and conditioner.
Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
Turks and Caicos is going through a decrease in the water supply. This means that the water pressure can sometimes be affected when the reservoir levels are low. Water shortages can happen throughout the day.
HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed in the home. The use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties/events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed to sleep.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during their stay.
- No pets allowed.
Interaction with Guests:
There is a keypad on the left-hand side of the driveway of the first entrance gate. Someone will meet the guest after the first entrance gate, otherwise go directly to the right hand of the cottage where there is a digital keypad. All necessary access codes will be provided within 24 hours of arrival. If you have any trouble with the digital keypad we also leave an actual mechanical key if preferred.
