Nice Stay

Nice Apartment with all kind of comodities, such as tissues, and great use of the fan in all rooms, that didn´t make any noise. Also the apartment provides books and board games, but i dont understand that the apartment has a Blu Ray DVD but it didn´t provide with movies to watch, so it doesn´t make sense to me. But it´s posible to use the BlueRay connection to the internet to watch Netflix, with your personal account if you have one. The living room sofas, maybe need to renewed because can cause some uncomfort after some time relaxing in them. The bed it´s great and huge TV in main room, the bed sheets, must be renewed, because they have some holes in it. In general great place to stay, with the Pool and Grace Bay beach just in front. Note: The apartments belong to diferent owners, so in each case rooms could be different, in my case room was #103

Great Place!!

Very nice place! Would definitely come back! Our kids loved the place and the beach. Grace Bay is awesome! Staff was very helpful and attentive. Can't wait to come back.

Grace Bay Getaway

The Grandview condos were fantastic! We were met promptly by the staff and shown the property and associated amenities. The Condo is right on Grace Bay, Walk out the back door and 60 seconds later you are on the beach, The property is landscaped beautifully, especially around the pool and overlooking the beach,

Safe, clean, beautiful, comfortable, convenient

Top notch from the start in unit 103. We received a welcome letter with contact info, and all info needed to make our stay comfortable. Staff was responsive to all questions. Claudius in particular was prompt with responses via email prior to our trip, and stayed in touch when our flights to arrive were delayed. He offered to pickup a few groceries so we would have a snack when we arrived and to get us a head start on breakfast the following day. He met us at condo late at night when we arrived, with a warm smile. The condo is equipped with EVERYTHING you could need, within reason, including laundry and dish detergent, shampoo, etc. Very clean, organized, very spacious, with master bedroom having a shower and jacuzzi tub. Had water toys, rafts, access to kayak, wakeboard, bikes, games. Feet away from pool and jacuzzi, and 30 sec from walk to beach. View amazing. Claudius and asst Bobby (?) were responsive when we were locked out of condo (long story, our fault), and arrived within minutes of our call regarding our situation. HIGHLY recommend staying here for a quiet, peaceful, beautiful stay on Grace Bay.

Very nice Condo

Extremely well stocked with household items and playthings - kayaks, paddle boards, masks, snorkels, bikes, floats, etc. Condo itself is very comfortable and well maintained. Karen is very attentive and helpful. Overall, enjoyed our stay.

Great, private residence

Very quiet condo on the beach. The condo had everything you could need. Wifi was spotty at times, but otherwise perfect. Great for families and anyone looking to get away from crowds. Tarcia was great!

Prime location, excellent condo

Very clean. The owner provided almost all of the necessary things to make our stay comfortable. We used the bike to do some shopping and the grill was a life saver. We had awesome experience and would love to repeat it again

great condo to stay in Gracebay

We had the best vacation experience. The place was excellent, close to one of the best restaurant in the island (coco bistro) and also the best beach. I will stay again in this beautiful condo.

Quiet Central Location

Wonderful little property right on Grace Bay. Accommodations are lovely. The down side is there is no food or bar at this property, but there are resorts next door. Be sure to have the taxi stop by a grocery when you come from the airport as a market is too far to walk. If you like a really quiet setting then this is for you. There were always chairs and umbrellas on the beach and plenty of water toys to use. I definitely plan to come back.

Beautiful beachfront condo

Life is all about expectations. If you are looking for a full service resort with poolside bars and restaurants this is not the place for you. However, if you are looking for a spacious modern condo with A/C, wifi, cable TV, outdoor grill, a pool, hottub and direct beach access, then read on! The Grandview on Gracebay was a great experience, great communcation in advance of the reservation and very accomodating to our needs and quite affordable. Their local manager was there to meet us for a walk through upon our arrival. The condo is very spacious for two couples or a small family. Our condo was 2Br, 2Ba (#105) with two king beds. The unit was very clean on our arrival, there were basic necessitites as well as a goody pack. There was also snorkeling gear, beach towels, pool noodles, kites, and access to shared bikes, sea kayaks and stand up paddle boards all included. This property has 18 units, ours was a ground floor unit which was great, it had a screened in porch that had direct access to the pool and hot tub and was about 100 yards from the beach with our own umbrellas and loungers. This is one of the most beautiful beaches in the world and deserves all of its accolades. The kitchen was well equipped with cooking gear as well as BBQ with utensils. There is a washer/dryer in the unit as well as a dishwasher and full kitchen. The parking area is gated and there was plenty of parking. I would highly reccommend this property if you are interested in wonderful vacation.

excellent location step out the door and cross the garden and you are on one of the most beautiful beaches in the world with chairs and umbrella furnished. This is a small private condo so not a lot of foot traffic on the property.

This is a privately owned condo

Excellent management staff. Condo is fully equipped with everything you could possible need, including kayaks, paddle boards, and other beach toys for young and old. Just buy your groceries and you're all set. Plenty of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Powdery sand beach. Beach chairs and umbrellas. Lovely pool area. Would return in a minute.

Grandview on Grace Bay - August 15-22

We enjoyed our stay in our spacious 2-bedroom condo on the ground floor (unit 103). The property was quiet with approximately only 6 of the 18 units occupied. The beach in front of the Grandview is absolutely spectacular. Club Med is not far and sometimes a little loud at night when outside by the pool. We never heard any noise when we were inside the condo though. The only complaint I have is that the frying pans in the kitchen were worn out and needed to be replaced. There were lots of towels for our family of 5. We are definitely going back next year.

Excellent condo on beach

This was an excellent choice for my entire family. We could stay in or go out. The condo was clean and had room for all and we were not on top of each other. Kids could watch tv in the bedroom while we could watch what we wanted to watch in the family room. We played cards and played in the pool. And thanks for all the fun toys too. Paddle boards, kayak, and boogie boards. We also rode bikes and visited down town. Could not have asked for a better location.

Great Upscale Condo

Grandview is a great upscale condo right on Grace Bay Beach in Provo. It has less than twenty units, so it is not crowded. All the units are beachfront. The unit that we were in was beautifully furnished and very comfortable. Perfect place for family with older children. Very peaceful. Excellent location -- Restaurants: Coyaba Restaurant, Caicos Cafe Bar & Grill , Coco Bistro - Authentic French Bakery: Caicos Bakery - Supermarket: IGA "Graceway Gourmet". Our unit came with bicycles, which were handy for running to the store or bakery and paddle boards, which were so much fun in the ocean. "Pizza Pizza" delivers good pizza to your door for free. Prices for food, drinks, dining, and activities are very high on the island.

Wonderful condo but difficult check in

This is a fantastic condo right on Grace Bay. This is a privately owned property, and the owners use a service for check in. The folks from the service communicated with us via email, which included directions to condo, and it indicated that someone would be there when we arrived. Unfortunately when we arrived nobody was there, and we weren't given the code to the gate to the entrance. Luckily we ran into the owner of another condo who uses the same service and he put us in touch with the woman who let us in. It was very hot and humid, and we were weary from travelling, and in about 45 minutes she arrived. After that, things improved quite a bit. The condo was everything that was advertised, and we had a great time. The only other issue was the washing machine that did not work.

Great condo on pristine beach!

We stayed in the first floor two bedroom condo with ocean view and walk out private enclosed patio to the shared pool area with easy beach access. There are only 18 units and is 3 stories and some units have 3 bedrooms.The condo had a fully equipped kitchen with laundry facilities in the condo. The condo had cable tv and wi-fi. The condo was an easy walk to,the gourmet IGA or you could use the bikes at the condo.. Don't need to rent a car since the resturants are within easy walking distance. It is a great place for families with children of all ages.It was located on Grace Bay by the Royal West Indies. It's a great place to sit and enjoy the beautiful white sandy beach and torquise water.

Heavenly condo for families!

The Grandview on Grace Bay is clean, well-furnished, uncrowded and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Our family has 2 adults and 3 children and we had plenty of room. It is located just steps away from the pool and the beach and there are kayaks and bikes provided for entertainment and transportation. A well-stocked grocery store and many small shops are within an easy walk or bike ride from the property. We would highly recommend a relaxing and well-equipped stay at the Grandview on Grace Bay!!
