The Space:

This double villa in Grace Bay sleeps up to 10 guests across four ensuite bedrooms and offers something truly special: two of everything. Two pools, two full kitchens, two living rooms, two dining areas — all set against views of the golf course and just five minutes from the soft white sands of Grace Bay Beach. It's the kind of space that gives families and groups room to spread out, gather together, and make the kind of memories that last long after checkout.



Bedrooms and Bathrooms

Each of the four bedrooms comes with its own private bathroom and in-room safe, so everyone gets their own space to recharge.

The villa has a private entrance with smart lock for easy self check-in. A mid-stay cleaning can be arranged with advance notice for an additional fee, and guests are asked to leave the property in the same condition as arrival.

Getting Around:

The property is approximately 12 km or 7 mi from the Providenciales International Airport (PLS). A rental car is recommended, and there is parking space at the property.



Other Things to Note:

Guests must climb stairs inside the villa.



There is no daily housekeeping, but a mid-stay cleaning can be arranged with prior notice for a fee.



Please note at the end of your arrangements, the premises should be left in the same condition in which they were found. In case of loss, or damage, added costs will apply.



Guests will need to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation and/or upon arrival.



There is a Ring doorbell camera installed at the property’s entrance for security purposes.



HOUSE RULES

- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.

- Smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) or using any recreational drugs at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 USD penalty.

- No parties/events are allowed, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated.

- Quiet hours are from 11 pm to 7 am Please be respectful of the neighbors.

- There are security cameras in the front yard and facing the street, installed for security purposes.

- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.

- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.

- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.

- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of check-in or during their stay.

- Please avoid moving furniture.

- Pets are not allowed.



Interaction with Guests:

This is a self-check-in property using a door code. Full instructions and necessary codes will be provided before your arrival.
