Sunny Paradise Long Bay

This airy, island-style, modern home is a 4-minute walk to the Leeward Marina where you can experience all the water-sports that the Turks & Caicos have to offer. The home is situated on private property with a complete electronic security system.
The Property includes use of a gas grill on a 20x16ft sundeck, drink cooler, beach umbrellas, beach chairs, and use of beach towels, there are also two relaxing hammocks over an almond tree waiting just for you.

Exceeded Expectations

Gregory is an amazing host. The property was very clean, had many amenities that we utilized during our stay and he was very quick to respond if we had questions or needed anything. We will definitely be recommending Gregory and his home to all of our friends.

Sunny paradise indeed

Our first time in TCI, the rental was all we could have required. Greg was very resourceful and helped everytime. We enjoyed the entire home by ourself. Only down was lack of toilet paper holders and the mosquitoes...omg the mosquitoes ate us alobe.

Great place to stay.

This property met all our needs. We enjoyed the nearness to Long Beach Bay and the Marina. Gregory and Simoni were quick to address any concerns. The pool was enjoyed by our group. We would stay again when we return to TCI.

Vacation in Turks

The house was nice air conditioner was only in the bedrooms. There where seven of us and said it slept 7 but one on a pull out couch and the other on a blow up bed. To far from the beaches and shopping. If we ever go back it will be to a all exclusive.

Great location, great place!

You can’t beat the location of this property. Super close to Grace Bay and walking distance to Long Bay beach and the ferry. Check-in process was easy and Greg was so accommodating. The property was as described and absolutely amazing. We felt safe the entire trip. Highly recommend.

Nice place

The overall experience was great!! Gregory was super nice and helpful. House was perfect inside and out. The address/location isn't where it shows on Google Maps it's closer to Bird Rock Trail right off Leeward Hwy. There's no walkable beaches you will need to drive to them however you can walk the trail to water near the conch farm. Not a complaint by no means but not pictured is a new construction right in front of the house and they work 7days a week making hammers your alarm clock each morning.

T&C Stay

Very nice house, good location but need a rental car to get around the island. 2 very nice bedrooms and one single. Excellent cleaning ladies come once a week and change all the bed linen. Gregory was a very pleasant host and very helpful.
