Blue Bird Villa is conveniently located in Cooper Jack Settlement and is the perfect spot for you to experience everything Providenciales has to offer! Located canal side, this open, spacious 3 bedroom + 2.5 bathroom second floor unit is perfect for families or groups, boasts a high vaulted ceiling, a large wrap around balcony and is centrally located; 5 min drive to beaches, restaurants and grocery, 10-15 mins to Grace Bay and 15 mins to the airport.

The space is airy and bright, the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the gentle breeze off the water while relaxing in the hammock or take in a breathtaking sunrise as you delight in your morning coffee.

There is a primary bedroom with a king bed and large ensuite bathroom, including shower, a secondary bedroom with a queen bed and ensuite bathroom, also including a shower and a 3rd bedroom/workspace with a full/twin bunk bed alongside a large desk. The half bathroom is located off the main room. All rooms have blackout curtains to ensure a peaceful sleep.

Guests will have access to beach accessories (portable beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels), and upper deck.

Blue Bird Villa has A/C in all bedrooms, a dishwasher, full kitchen (convection/microwave combo in lieu of a conventional oven), free parking for up to 3 vehicles, and high-speed internet.

The Villa is located on a canal at the end of a close out street that ends at Turtle Lake, which makes it extremely quiet as there is only one house between us and the end of the Close.

The kitchen is fully stocked and has everything you may need and then some, probably 2 of each ;)

Beach chairs, umbrellas, floats and snorkeling equipment is available for use.

A/C is only in the bedrooms and the power allowance is 10% of total rental cost. Overages will be taken from thje damage deposit. Normal use of A/C while sleeping will keep you well under the allocated allowance. There is a constant breeze that flows through the house along with 3 large ceiling fans in the Living/Dining/Kitchen areas and keeps it extremely comfortable. Each bedroom also has a ceiling fan and large windows with screens to keep the breeze flowing throughout the night.
