“We enjoyed a wonderful respite at the Boutique San Bernardo. It is in a lovely off the beaten track location and therefore more quiet. Fabulous little cafe across the street for morning coffee and bites. We could easily walk 20 minutes to get to most sites. Fernando was a gracious and welcoming host. After a few funny hiccups our stay was fabulous. There are 7 rooms but not all were open to us when we arrived. Fernando came by and opened the rooms for us. The check in and out was easy...

“The house is just as pictured. Excellent location. It can be challenging unloading bags from a car due to the street being so narrow but we managed. Francisco was easy to deal with and responsive. The house is great for a big group or family. We walked everywhere from the house and even attended mass at the church inside the convent where the house is. A very cool place and experience. ”

“Rafa sent details before we travelled, also location, met us at property, very welcoming, showed us around. Beautiful villa, everything there to utensils ect to cook if needed. nice to relax by the pool. On hand if needed, great communication without being intrusive, gentleman. We used Ubers regularly a bit out the way, 30 mins from centre, shop, bar walking distance, lovely people. Look forward to staying again. Thankyou so much Rafa again ”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our 8 day stay. The house is unique and in a great neighbourhood, a short cab ride away from the cathedral etc. The Maria Luisa Park is 30-40 minute walk from the house, and for most an Uber or cab ride back. The interior design is very modern, and takes a bit of getting used to, but after a day or so we quickly adjusted. We only gave four stars for accuracy of online listing, simply because of the number of stairs to the master suite and their design. Anyone uncomfortable...

“We loved the house and the facilities both indoors and outdoors which was ideal with having five children with us, made all the better by some glorious weather. There were some disappointments which we lived with but which in truth fell short of acceptable standards for a rental property such as the kitchen where there was no kettle and the oven did not work nor did some of the cooker hob plates and in the showers the shower heads were not fit for purpose.
