    Psili Ammos Beach House är en del av ett komplex av sex traditionella stenbyggda villor i en avskild del av ön Kea och erbjuder fördelarna med att simma i en av de mest privata och fina sandstränderna på ön. Detta lilla villakomplex är en del av ett kluster av ett antal villor som kommer att byggas på land som berör havet och på en höjd som ger underbar utsikt över de öppna Egeiska och östra Kykladerna.

    Liten nog att kräva lite underhåll men ändå tillräckligt stor för att tillgodose behoven hos en sex personer familj, villorna är en underbar flykt från liv och rörelse i Aten nås på 30 minuter från Keas hamn.

Un petit coin de paradis

La maison est vraiment magnifique, au calme. Elle dispose de nombreuses terrasses extérieures avec des vues incroyables. À 5 minutes à pieds de la maison se trouve une petite plage de sable fin quasi privée et à l’abri du vent.

Un paradiso

Nonostante la strada per arrivarci non sia sterrata e ci vogliano almeno 20 minuti per raggiungere la “civiltà”, questo alloggio è assolutamente unico: bellissima la casa è fantastica la vista. La spiaggia privata si raggiunge in pochi minuti a piedi. Non adatto a chi ha mobilità ridotta, ci sono molti scalini. Per noi, anche con bambini piccoli è stato tutto meraviglioso (insetti apparte).

Paradiesisch!

Für zwei Wochen konnten wir Anfang August im Psili Ammos Beach Haus unseren Urlaub verbringen. Wir haben jeden Tag sehr genossen! Das Haus ließ keine Wünsche offen. Es entspricht ziemlich genau den Fotos und Beschreibungen. Der Gastgeber Robert und Sophie haben uns sehr freundlich empfangen und alles ganz genau erklärt.Die Beiden waren auch jederzeit für jegliche Fragen ansprechbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Zur Begrüßung gab es sogar eine Menge frisches Obst und einen Wein, außerdem sind Gewürze, Öl und andere Lebensmittel vorhanden gewesen. Im Aussenbereich des Hauses gibt es genug Möglichkeiten für sechs Personen, sich zurück zu ziehen und im Schatten zu relaxen. Die Lage des Hauses ist wundervoll und die Bucht, die über einen Trampelpfad zu erreichen ist, ein Traum. Sehr einsam, sauberes klares Wasser, Sandstrand. Die Anfahrt zum Haus ist jedoch etwas beschwerlich und nimmt mindestens 20 Minuten Zeit in Anspruch, nur über eine Schotterpiste. Das sollte man wissen. Auch kann es dort auf der Insel sehr windig sein. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen, vielen Dank für diesen wunderschönen Ort!

Wunderschön gelegenes stylish in die Natur integriertes Haus direckt am Meer, das keine Wünsche offen lässt. Eine kleine Wanderung durch den traumhaften Weg in Meeresflair zum schönsten Strand der Insel feiner Sand und Natur Schatten vom Fels, kristallklares Wasser, auch Sehr gut geeignet für Kinder da es wie in einer Bucht liegt und mann sehr weit rauslaufen kann, auch ein perfekter Ort zum Schnorchel oder einfach die Ruhe und Natur geniessen, Seelebaumeln lassen und Abschalten! Der Gastgeber Robert Danon wahr sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit jeder Zeit erreichbar! Der Weg ist etwas beschwerlich mit dem Auto und das Geschäft etwas weit entfernt aber für diese Ruhe und den Ort lohnt es sich alle mal. Wir wurden sehr herzliche in Entfang genommen direkt am Hafen und Sophia hatt uns alles sehr freundlich gezeigt auch im Haus waren schon frisches Obst Wein Wasser und Lebensmittel bereit gestellt! Immer wieder gerne wir waren äusserst zufrieden 😃🥰👍🏼

Amazing stay

Our week at Psili Ammos was absolutely perfect. We were 2 couples with 2 babies (20 months and 3 and a half) and we enjoyed a lot! The house is beautiful, both inside and especially outside! It’s in the wilder part of the island, near the most beautiful beaches (sikamia, Spathi) and no more than 20 minutes from the Chora. Also the “private” beach is fantastic and very easy to reach. Robert is a very caring host and gave us nice tips. Despite a lot of wind the stay was amazing for both adults and children!

La maison est très agréable et facile à vivre. Dépaysement et repos assurés ! La communication avec le propriétaire est très aisée. Robert est très à l’écoute et très prévenant pour rendre le séjour agréable.

A perfect holiday

in one word, wonderful.the house is perfect, well furnished, equipped, clean, with a fantastic garden, everywhere you look, you see the blue sea of Greece. Robert was an impeccable host. then there is the sea, the private cove has crystal clear water……. a place to return to.

The best for a truly beautiful getaway!

Reserving was easy, smooth and faultless. The villa is beautiful, very clean, and is beautifully designed and built. The landscaping is wonderful and the property is located in an absolutely beautiful setting above two equally pristine coves surrounded by high hills and cliffs that reach the sea. Robert is a totally wonderful person who met us at the ferry and went with us to the car rental. We followed him from port to property. On the way out of the port he took it slow, showing locations of grocery stores, restaurants, bakeries etc as we followed him out to the property. He showed us how everything worked, explained best practices for visiting in harmony with the stunning environment. He has a kayak for guests to use and there is a very good trail to the private cove. The kayak is in stored at the cove so it’s not necessary to carry it on the trail. Kea island is beautiful with beaches all around it. Some are remote while others are well established and ideal for families. We had a great time and wonderful adventures. The breezes and (my favorite) the sunrises were just wonderful. Go and have a good time. The restaurants on the island are so, so good as is the little bakery we went to. The ride on the Kea ferry from/to Lavrio on the mainland is very enjoyable. Once on Kea, we rented a Suzuki Jimny 4x4 from Leon Car Rental which was in wonderful condition and perfect for the twisty mountain roads or the roads to the remote areas. The amount for the car rental was truly reasonable and very affordable. Victoria at the car rental is a totally wonderful person. That’s it. I hope to return next year. BTW, on the way back to Athens, we rode in a taxi with a couple who have been visiting Kea for 37 years, never missing a year. They still love the island almost 4 decades on! Hurry! Go soon! Have a stay at Robert’s wonderful villa and live an adventure you will enjoy having and remembering for years to come.

A secluded paradise

The house is located in a fantastic position and it is perfectly equipped with everything you need. Robert is very helpful and careful. The beach is near, easy to reach and private (till midday). The car is absolutly needed since the first village is at about 20/25 minutes driving. A fantastic and relaxing holiday!!!

Maravillosa

Recomendable 100%! La casa es fantástica. Unas instalaciones preciosas y unas vistas increíbles que hacen que nunca te quieras ir. El acceso a la playa privada es súper cómodo y fácil. Todo un lujo poder tener esta playa prácticamente para uno sólo. Cada rincón de la casa es precioso y está súper bien equipada. Roberto( el dueño) y su equipo estuvieron pendientes todo el tiempo de nosotros. Un trato divino! Ya tenemos ganas de repetir!

Un havre de paix

Une magnifique villa au milieu de la nature qui donne sur une superbe plage privée de sable fin. Attention, il faut monter et descendre pas mal de marchés. Loin des commerces. Pour ceux qui aiment s'isoler.

looking for the elusive rather then the all inclusive

The property is in an outstanding location, just over the blue Mediterranean sea, a rough, although comfortable pathway is letting you going to a beautiful bay, where most of the time you are the only visitor. the sea is clean and very nice, as well as the private beach. The villa is warm, perfectly inserted in the nature context, inside is pleasant and furnitures with good taste. It is an unparalleled place where recharging the batteries, you feel full relaxation, and emotionally part of nature, ideal after a stressful working period. Robert is an exceptional owner, very close and available for whatever need. Sometimes might be windy, and you need to consider this in case someone is annoyed about this condition, we personally did not find this context disturbing, considering that down in the bay the wind is much less. Finally, our holidays have been enjoyable and we felt that we got more than what we saw in the presentation pictures.
