Cozy Casa - Downtown by Beautiful Park & Riverwalk

We have made our home the way we would love it - comfortable!! Our Cozy Casa has 2 Queen size memory foam pillow top beds covered in Egyptian cotton sheets & down blankets. We have a full kitchen with all the items you need for cooking, washer/dryer with detergent, & bathroom with amenities. Our historic home, built in 1921, provides a great home-base during your visit.

There is a full kitchen with all the tools you need for cooking (oven, cooktop, microwave, refrigerator, freezer with an ice maker, dishwasher, pots/pans, mixing bowls, hand mixer, blender, strainer, measuring utensils, baking pans, silverware, glasses, wine glasses, coffee pot, toaster, cooking utensils, and condiments). Coffee is provided for you.

Free parking is available on the property for 2 vehicles. 110 outlet for EV charging vehicles available.

Full sized washer and dryer are included with detergent.

Bathroom includes a shower with towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

Free Wifi of course.

The living room and back bedroom have Smart TVs with Netflix provided.

The backyard is fenced in. There is a gas grill available. A table with an umbrella and lights and seating for 6 on the back patio.

Scrabble, playing cards, Jenga, Uno, coloring books with crayons, and children’s books provided.

We are professionally cleaned by Sparkle Cleaning Company. The total cleaning fee is provided to the cleaner.
