“Amazing hotel, with an amazing staff. I have never stayed at a hotel where the entire staff was so helpful, accommodating, pleasant and friendly. My room was on the 4th floor and had a terrific view of the pier where the cruise ships came in, but was just far enough away so as not to be inundated with ship passengers. “Me encantó la ubicación del hotel junto al mar del caribe muy limpio y tranquilo, la villa limpia con vista al mar, la atención del servicio de primera, la distancia del aeropuerto al hotel muy cerca, pude salir a caminar al malecón ya que estaba muy cerca de la zona turística. La verdad costo beneficio extraordinario, el tener una cocineta me permitió hacerme de desayunar y cenar con los alimentos que compré. Quedé muy satisfecho de haberme hospedado en CONDUMEL muy buenos anfitriones.”

“I got no check-in info, the hotel msnagement has no physical or virtual helpdesk and when I called in the number given to hotels.com no one picked up. I waited for almost an hour with a lot of luggage on the road until a guy passing by us asked if we wanted to be let in the condo and turns out he was the manager. Later he took us to a completely different room that advertised and said that was all they had available. The room had dirty dishes in the kitchen, dirty bathroom and rusty furniture....
