“The perfect location in Puerto Escondido. We stayed in the Areca cabin for one month. From the moment we arrived everything was fantastic. The location was excellent, a few minute walk to the beach and restaurants yet far enough away to have a restful quiet holiday. The cabins are basic but everything you need for long term. “We loved the house. Rocio and her staff did an excellent job for us. Centrally located, so there’s fun in either direction. It is located near a club so if there is a special event it can be loud throughout the night. This happened once but it was worth making it work. Great place.”

Every question was answered and clear instructions were given for check-in etc. The property itself is great. “While Roberto was prompt at responding to our needs and requests, the property was quite misrepresented. The 3 reviews on VRBO gave glowing reports of the casa and that was not what we found. It is sorely neglected and needs some love and attention. The living room and kitchen were okay with a couple of nice art pieces but the bathroom is terrible and the bedrooms pretty substandard for what we paid and the reviews that were given to prompt us to book.
