The Space:
Distrito Puerto features two bedrooms with king-size beds and full bathrooms, offering privacy and rest. The living and dining area open to a furnished balcony where the sea is always in sight. Building amenities include a spacious rooftop pool with ocean views, a gym, a business center, and a ground-floor common area with a pool, terrace, and oceanfront garden. Two bicycles are available for rent to explore the area at your own pace.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to all building amenities: rooftop pool, gym, and business center, as well as the ground-floor pool and terrace. Bicycle use is available for an additional fee.

The Neighborhood:
Puerto Morelos retains the charm of a small coastal town, with walkable streets and a community that lives at the rhythm of the sea. Restaurants, supermarkets, and the town center are just minutes away, with the main park connecting to the public beach. Days here are spent savoring local flavors, turquoise waters, and the calm of Caribbean life.

Getting Around:
The town center is a 15–20 minute walk. For more convenience, driving, taking a taxi, or renting a bicycle is recommended.

Other Things to Note:
The building is new, so there is still some construction activity. Construction may take place Monday through Saturday between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m.

Do not bring food into the bedrooms. Do not climb on the couches with shoes on.
Pool rules: • Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. • Infants and young children: must wear appropriate clothing or swim diapers. • There are no lifeguards, so use of the pool is at each person's own risk. • Children must always be accompanied by an adult.
🏡 General Rules for Guests - Puerto District 🛏️ Maximum capacity: • In apartment: up to 4 people. • Visitors: up to 6 people (including visitors). • Visitors are allowed from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m., must register, and may not exceed the occupancy limit. 🚫 Prohibitions: • Parties and audio equipment are not allowed in the units. • Smoking is not allowed, except in the designated area on the rooftop. • Pets are not allowed in common areas or elevators. • Lounge chairs, chairs, or tables cannot be moved or reserved. • You cannot be barefoot, wear wet clothes, or be shirtless in the gym. • You are not allowed to pick up keys, luggage, or valuables without authorization. • Use of common areas is not permitted if there are outstanding maintenance fees. 🏊‍♀️ Common areas: • Pool: Open from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. Babies must wear swimwear or swim diapers.
