“First time stay at Sonoran Sea Resort. Pleasantly pleased with the amenities provided and the cleanliness of the property. Every staff member was friendly. Had just the right amount of people on the property to where it wasn’t too crowded. I gave a 3 star for communication. 1. had a question regarding payment to management few weeks before leaving and they never responded, asked again through VRBO and eventually was able to communicate my concerns with management. “I love the property and it's our 1st choice for spring break.
Everything was good and as advertised and good communication. My only complaint was the pans in the kitchen were old and didn't cook well, the fridge temp is not regulating so it froze some of the food and over all the condo is outdated but I think the price is low enough that it compensates for the lack of decor.”
