Excellent views to the city and the beach day and night. The Staff was phenomenal! From Auris (Manager), to Dioma (The Chef) along with Carlos, Senovia, and Santiago (Nighttime Security) it always felt like a family. The star of the show (aside from the obvious idyllic views) was the staff. We ended up feeling like they were extended family. Be mindful, though, of your expectations. Do your research on Puerta Plata and the surrounding area. When you go to Umbrella street district (or anywhere for that matter), vendors are VERY aggressive. Also, carefully consider your reason for visiting. I intentionally avoided the tourist resort so I wasn’t really isolated from the locals. Americans are definitely gonna need to prepare for a driver instead of renting a car. I also really needed peace and quiet which is what I got plenty of. The views of this villa are second to none.

What a fantastic villa to share with friends or family! We had a small group of salon & spa owners come together, for teaching, training and tanning at this beautiful villa. Santa is a lovely property manager, and along with Carlos, Judy and our chefs created a truly wonderful experience for us.Locally sourced food was prepared fresh daily with a lovely breakfast and dinner ready to go when we chose to enjoy it.Bedrooms were air-conditioned each with their own en suite, and there was plenty of communal space inside & out to enjoy together.PS. A steep walk through the back roads will lead you in about 10 minutes to a lovely little beach, with cheap beer, restaurants, and lots of local culture.

Christmas in Puerta Plata

Our family had a wonderful week-long visit to Bentley Villa. The views, space and staff are wonderful. Plenty of room to gather for meals, lounge in the hot tub, and on the porch -- and the staff is truly incredible. They are delightful -- the best part of the trip -- and prepare wonderful breakfast and local dishes for dinner each night. We will always remember this time together and a wonderful holiday.

Beautiful villa and view

Christmas at Bentley

The view from this beautiful property cannot be beat! The house is totally condusive to large groups and gives everyone plenty of space. The double living area lends itself for big families, such as ours. The staff was incredible, always keeping a low profile, as to not be in the way, though, there should you need anything. Deona, our cook went out of her way to be sure all needs were met for all ! Cannot say enough about how cariing everyone was to ensure a wonderful stay.

Paradise in Puerto Plata!!!

My family and I had an amazing stay at the villa. The home was just as pictured and advertised. We loved the pools, games room and space. The staff were professional, friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. Most did not speak English but tried to communicate through translation apps on smart phones. Note that all the bedrooms had AC units, however the common areas did not.

Excellent vacation home with fabulous staff

Bentley Villa is a wonderful home with a fantastic staff. I secured the reservation to celebrate a milestone birthday with a group of my closest family and friends. We thoroughly enjoyed being able to spread out and have plenty of room to gather together or have privacy when needed. The pool and views are absolutely stunning! And the house manager and staff were phenomenal. They made sure that we were well cared for. It was such a treat to wake up to fresh coffee and home cooked meals daily. I highly recommend this property to anyone who would like to have a relaxing vacation in a beautiful setting. Bentley Villa is absolutely on my list for a return trip in the future.

Best Trip Ever

Our trip was a huge success, the staff was incredible, the house was beautiful. We had 9 people in our party and every one enjoyed the home and all the room. The food that was prepared was the best food I have had in a long time, we even asked for the recipes of several dishes so we could try and duplicate the taste. Santa and the entire staff were lovely and very accommodating. The views were incredible and honestly the pictures don't even compare to the real experience. If you don't rent this home you will be sorry it was unbelievable!!!
