Villa Assignment Policy
To be assigned a 4-bedroom villa, your reservation must include at least 6 guests (maximum 8).
If your group has fewer than 6 guests, the resort may assign a 3-bedroom villa instead, based on occupancy rules and availability.

All-Inclusive Plan (mandatory – NOT included in the rental price)
The All-Inclusive fee must be paid directly to the resort at check-in.

Adults: $150 to $175 USD aprox,

Children (ages 3–11): 50% of adult rate

This is a NON-REFUNDABLE reservation within 30 days of check-in.

Cancellations made more than 30 days before check-in will receive a credit valid for 2 years (no refunds).

One (1) complimentary date change is allowed per reservation; additional changes incur a $75 USD fee.

If fewer guests arrive than originally booked, the full All-Inclusive fee for the original party must still be paid.

Villas are assigned based on availability at check-in. Specific villa numbers or locations are not guaranteed.

The All-Inclusive plan is mandatory. Guests who do not pay this fee will not be allowed to check in.
