We had a great stay at Cindy's condo. Last year we rented for 2 weeks, this time coming back for 16 days, while our traveling companions stayed for the entire month of February. Cindy responded quickly to a couple of maintenance issues. The condo was exactly as described, very clean and well maintained. The beach bar/restaurant which we enjoyed last year was undergoing a major make-over, but that should be completed soon. The beach suffered from seaweed inshore about half the days we were there, but a short walk in either direction took us to clean water. The location of the condos, so close to the shopping center is a real plus. We fixed food at the apartment half the time and ate dinners out other days. Many good and reasonable restaurants within walking distance, Jack Tar, Playa Dorada Golf Course, and the Casa Colonial.
Renting here will not disappoint you.
