Things to Know Before Booking

We believe in being transparent so you know exactly what to expect.

* The condo is located on the 4th floor, and there is currently no elevator. Guests should be comfortable using stairs.
* Like many areas in the Dominican Republic, occasional power outages can occur. While they are typically brief, the condo does not currently have a backup inverter or generator, so electricity may be temporarily unavailable during an outage.
* As Sunset Residences is a newer development, you may occasionally notice light construction activity nearby during daytime hours.
